Estimada Iris,Gracias por comentar su experiencia con nosotros.En cuanto al acceso al apartamento y su ubicación, enviamos un mensaje de preestancia a todos nuestros clientes indicando dónde nos ubicamos y que el check in se encuentra en nuestro hotel, a 300 metros de los apartamentos.Además, el día de antes de su llegada se contacta mediante vía telefónica con todos nuestros clientes y es ahí donde se resuelve cualquier duda que pueda tener sobre su reserva.En cuanto a nuestro parking, lamento que su coche no entre, nunca hemos tenido ningún problema con este aspecto y los clientes han podido estacionar sus coches sin ningún problema.El apartamento que usted tuvo fue un estudio, el más pequeño de nuestras tres tipologías.
