Spectacular Luxury House completely renovated located in the Typical Malagueño neighborhood of Huelin in a pedestrian street 100 meters from the beach. 5 Bedrooms, 6 Bathrooms, 1 Terrace, 1 Solarium, Equipped kitchen, Dining room. Capacity up to 24 people. 65 "television with international channels, Wifi 2g and 5g with repeaters on all floors.
House divided into 4 heights connected by stairs:
Ground Floor: Living room, kitchen, bathroom / laundry, room with bathroom.
First Floor: 2 rooms with 2 private bathrooms
Second floor: 2 rooms with 2 private bathrooms and terrace
Third Floor: Solarium Terrace and facilities
Smart Door to access the house, installing the Iseo Argo App you can access by clicking on the screen of your mobile (there is no physical key). Air conditioning in all rooms.
