Ok hotel, near city center, facilities at minimum, Small Room can only fit 2 person maximum. Not reccomended for family with kids, only a Business hotel.

Convenient pit-stop en route to Mount Bromo

I didn't stay a full night - just 8 hours transit stop before the 'midnight-to-sunrise' Mt Bromo tour. Hotel is listed as 3-star on hotels.com but I think it's lower end. However, they make up for lack of facilities by providing free hot and cold drinks and snacks (self-service) in the lobby. Staff arranged for takeaway box of chicken sandwich and banana with bottle of water since I was leaving at 12.30am and would miss breakfast. Nothing much to see or do nearby. But a small restaurant I found around the corner had cheap mee soto and avocado juice, while the little Alfamart had surprising discounts on sweets and toiletries (didn't find similar offers in Surabaya!).

Positifnya : - pelayanan staff ramah dan cepat tanggap(helpfull) - kamarnya cukup bersih dan nyaman - di setiap lantai disediakan dispenser dan penempatan posisi dispenser dkt dgn kamar krn ada bnyk disetiap sudut kamar atau dkt lift pun disediakan - restoran ada di lantai 1 tepat persis didpn lift keluar lift lgsg resto tdk perlu jalan belok kanan kiri :) B. Negatifnya : - property kamar sprt sandal hanya 1 pasang (kamar kami tipe smart queen kan hrsnya 2 psg), tdk ada shower cab atau peralatan seperti sikat gigi&pasta gigi - saat pukul 12 malam kami terbangun krn kaget detektor alarm kebakaran bunyi semua tamu kluar krn khawatir ada kebakaran trjadi ternyata ada tamu VIP yg merokok dikamarnya tdk membuka ventilasi sedikit pun sehingga asap mengebul padat sehingga detektor bunyi krn terdeksi sprtvada kebakaran ini sumpah saya sangat kaget dan khawatir bgt.

It was a good stay, the room is small but it is enough for 1 night stay with wife and kid. Room is clean, bed is not the best but it is enough for us. Breakfast is so so, not so many variance but for a 3 stars hotel it is already very good. Check in was so long as not many staff stand by at the front office (queueing) and processing also took quite a long time.

Saran saja, mngkn utk uk kamar yg menggunakan single bed terlalu sempit. Untungnya saya seorang diri, klo berdua bnr" gbs bayangin dah.. Apalagi klo badannya pada gede.. Overall sih ok Ttp tingkatkan kualitas hotel walaupun image nya hotel budget. Thx..
