"Amazing property in the centre of old Malang city. Walking distance from the blue, rainbow and heritage kampungs.
Staff was very friendly and made sure all our needs were met. The hotel has 2 in-house restaurants and we also made use of the
spa (which was amazing).
Definitely pinned this hotel for possible future visits. Great atmosphere as you feel you are on an island of peace in a bustling Indonesian city."

"The hotel is under renovation on the front part. But it doesn’t affect much experience for me since the room and the hotel lobby are still ok. Got free breakfast with quite complete selection. Will stay again if I go malang. Quite in city Centre and easy to go around from this hotel. Just next to the old malang train station too! "

"We had an amazing time with extended family. Booked 4 rooms and they tried to give us as close as possible.
Staff were very friendly and approachable. There are kids activities to do in the hotel premise.
The highlight for the kids is the pool (the big slide and sprinkler area).
Small playground for the kids and a ply area for the tods.
I was told that their breakfast spread was good too!!"

"We very much enjoyed our stay at Hotel Tugu Malang. The building is unique and gorgeous, and filled with very interesting decorations and artifacts. They offer a free guided tour of the hotel to explain some of the history about these decorations and artifacts. The staff is very attentive, the rooms are nice and have character, the hotel is environmentally conscious, and the food is excellent. The hotel is in the center of Malang and within walking distance of things to see such as Kajoetangan Heritage Village."
