"Beautiful new hotel. Everything was great."

"Parking was good and staff was really helpful. The room was clean, but the carpet reeked of pet urine. I as a pet owner can appreciate a pet friendly hotel. However, if I am not traveling with pets I would prefer a non pet room. Were we not absolutely exhausted we would have moved hotels."

"Hard to get into room, had to keep putting code in. Pillows had a smell of moldey mildew. Walls were paper thin, could hear next door at late hours and the parking was horrible. You had to park behind someone otherwise you would get blocked in. It was clean and nice but the above was a disappointment."

"The staff was super nice. The room was clean. It was a bit dated, but overall not bad. Didn’t have the breakfast cause the food around the area is worth a try. The bar seemed to be used by many folks. I’m thinking it was good not much of a drinker overall would stay there again."

"Stayed here last year and it was amazing, this time was different. They didn’t have towels for us to shower, there was mold in the bathroom and trash piled up in the first floor stairwell. The lady seemed mad when I wanted towels to take a shower and wanted me to wait until the morning and then ask me if I can call the front desk after I’m done using them so they can come and get them from me so they can wash them and I only ask for two towels after being at the beach and having sand on myself and my kids so we could get clean. I was really disappointed this time. I hope they fix it so we can stay again and love it like we did last time."

"Always love staying here. We have left something there and they called and we were able to pick up the item so nice and understanding. "

"Great little hotel in North Padre/Mustang Island. The staff is incredible and attentive to it's guests. The little things go a long way in a hotel stay. They provided clean rooms, nice beds good mattress, clean linens and bathroom was in pretty nice shape too! Hot water works almost too good-I found myself turning it up all the way and seeing how long I good stand the boiling water lol the staff also did their best at controlling the sand being brought in by guests-they're a persistent bunch, both beach guests and always cleaning staff members hahaha"
