Service der Gastronomie lässt zu wünschen übrig Erst steht man ewig am Restaurant vor der Tafel auf der „Bitte hier warten“ steht um dann zu erfahren dass man sich für Kaffee und Kuchen bitte auf die Terasse setzen soll, dort kommt dann über 10 Minuten wieder niemand und wir mussten aufstehen und jemanden vom Personal bitten einen Kellner zu schicken Im Zimmer extrem heiß und stickig, Fenster öffnen aufgrund von Straßenlärm leider auch keine Option Bad sehr schön renoviert (Einziges Problem: Leider kommt aus der Duschebrause nur ein klägliches Rinnsal) Mitarbeiterin an Rezeption war super hilfsbereit und freundlich und hat sich sehr eingesetzt uns erfolgreich einen Tisch zum Abendessen zu reservieren!

Chambre non chauffée malgré l'affichage ventilo et 24° qui nous laissait penser que c'était en route et fallait attendre... 3 heures plus tard vraiment frais nous sommes descendus on nous a informé qu'il fallait appuyer sur l'un des boutons afin qu'une lumière verte s'allume pour que chauffage se déclenche, qu'il ne fallait pas tenir compte de l'affichage!! Comment le savoir ? C'est notre première expérience dans un 4 étoiles...sinon très belle chambre.

Standardzimmer zur Strasse, die aber schwach befahren wurde (November!) Stromausfallbehebung dauerte seine Zeit Frühstück mager und mit 15€ zu teuer schoenes altes Gebäude, alle Restaurants geschlossen der ganze Ort war wegen Betriebsferien geschlossen, nur 1 Pizzeria war bis 19.00h geöffnet!

J’aime beaucoup cet hotel. L’accueil y est chaleureux. J’aime le côté familial de cette maison, son escalier qui craque sous notre passage...La chambre dans laquelle j’ai dormi a été rénovée il n’y a pas très longtemps et est confortable. Le petit déjeuner est de loin le meilleur de tous ceux que je vois dans mes déplacements hebdomadaires. Ce lieu a une âme. Je dirai qu’il est traditionnel moderne.

Chambre (n°10) pas digne d'un 3* !! Jugez par vous même (photos en pièces-jointes) !! Extrêmement déçue par cet hôtel qui a une renommée dans le secteur !! Seul point positif, la vue sur le lac... mais on la paye chère (90€ la nuit hors petit-déjeuner à 13€) !!

Rapport tarif/confort un peu élevé.

Les dates de notre séjour coïncidaient avec celles du club FIAT et autres voyagistes, et nous passions vraiment après eux. Petit déjeuner du dimanche, plus de place pour nous! Service moyen pour 13€, il manque souvent quelque chose. Chambre située sous les combles, tout juste confortable pour 82 € la nuit.
