We were overcharged for our pet and without us knowing or asking, the staff member let us know and had refunded us before we even checked out. We also appreciated being able to bring our dog. "I can't say enough Orca Lodge and it's staff and owners. The best equipped kitchenette we've come across and the ocean front accommodations were awesome. The 75th birthday wishes complete with a saxophone playing happy birthday for my wife was awesome and something she will remember. Thank you Tina and company. We also got a flat tire with the owner putting us in touch with a local islander with a tire fixing unit. A trip saver as the new SUV does not come with a donut tire and no garages on Malcolm Island. Only bad thing was weather raining on our last day there. Will come again."

"the building itself is rather plain and ugly compared to the rest of Telegraph Cove, but luckily the view from our room was directly over the water and marina towards the beautiful old buildings and boardwalk across the way. The room was great. Comfy beds and plenty of room."

"The room was perfect. Spotlessly clean, very well equiped and beautifully decorated.
It is a very comfortable suite, excellent furniture, bed and bedding very nice and comfortable.
Most enjoyable is the outdoor patio well furnished, with an amazing view of the ocean. A plus is the bath tub with hot and cold water, shower nozzle and bubble bath.
Privacy screen in place if needed.
Kitchen area is well equipped.
The hostess is most helpful and friendly."
