"This rental is an amazing villa with a large balcony. 3 of the rooms opened to this balcony. Three good sized bedrooms and a full Kitchen with host provided food and drinks. Host recommended restaurants, market, among other helpful things. This beach town location has nice authentic restaurants and a cool vibe. We would definitely return! "

The pool facilities, jacuzzi, and Mediterranean garden allowed us to spend quality time with friends and create unforgettable memories at sunset. "This is a new property that featured great views and a modern design. Rooftop bar very nice and fun bartenders. Downsides included not being able to get into room late at night as key wasn’t working. Second time key malfunctioned. My husband left a family party to let me in. His key worked. Otherwise, we would have been locked out all night since there was no one on duty. Bartender tried to call manager, no answer. Also, no one on duty to check us out at 8:15 am. I think the hotel can improve its service. "

"This was a last minute. Stop when driving from Mount Olympus to Athens. There was nothing wrong with it, but you do get which to pay for. The room was clean and comfortable. The shower is tiny, and I am a small person. So I don’t know how a big person would fit in there. Breakfast was pretty good. It’s located right across from the beach though. So that was great. Don’t follow the Google Maps directions with the coordinates.You end up in some lady’s driveway which must happen a lot, because she knew exactly where I wanted to go, but we really couldn’t communicate for me to get the right directions. I would use a different map service and put in the exact address."

"I think “Luxury in Theologos” is over stating the case. The view from the villa is awesome - second to none. We enjoyed cooking outdoors and using the grill. Our focus was not really on the villa. We had some great family time together - that was our focus. The villa, however, is starting to look very tired. Broken showers, little to no hot water, badly maintained swimming pool (unusable last 3 days), worn out and shabby fixtures and fittings. The plumbing is sub par and smells. Wild dogs wonder freely around the property day and night. The area is quiet as advertised but the local beaches and restaurants are below par and make it hard to justify the price charged for the villa. It’s not 5 stars more like two or three stars."
