Apartment 'Villa Melenia 2' with Sea View, Wi-Fi and Air Conditioning

The villas are a single building.They are built one on top of the other, on a plot of 1500 m2, each with an independent entrance and both are built on two levels where the first is the living room, dining room and kitchen and the second the bedrooms. Villa "Melenia 1" has a large garden with a gazebo overlooking the sea. In this garden there is also a bbq area (barbecue and wood oven) which is shared by both houses. Villa "Melenia 2" has a large veranda, backyard and terrace with panoramic views. Both houses are in excellent condition and have. Generally they can comfortably accommodate up to 7-8 people each. The spacious outdoor areas as well as their location , just a few minutes walk from the main beach of Ag. Pelagia are strong advantages of the accommodation.
