Great location. Across the street from the beach, restaurants and shopping all walkable, short train ride to Barcelona. Hotel rooms a little dated but overall property and staff was great.

We had an amazing trip at Hotel Europa. Accommodation’s were amazing. Staff was friendly and amazing. Food was incredible. Room was clean and housekeeping was very good. Overall was an amazing trip. Highly recommend!!

Staff were ok some rude but man manager was excellent. Only one issue we wanted to upgrade to all inclusive but they wouldn’t allow us cause we were only staying for two days which I couldn’t understand as it’s based on per day rate.

Bel établissement, bien situé sur l'allée des boutiques souvenirs, restaurants,bar.. Parking aisé à proximité hors période touristique ( un parking payant est disponible au besoin). Accueil impeccable avec un service attentionné. Jolie espace SPA réservable à l'accueil pour 10 Eur l'heure (offert pour nous avec la réservation par Hotels.com !) . Gare à 15 mn de marche pour visiter Barcelone sans prendre la voiture ! La nourriture sous forme de buffet est bonne mais un choix restreint... pas gênant mais en dessous par rapport aux hôtels à proximité. Cela reste un hôtel avec un très bon rapport qualité/prix. Idéal pour 3 ou 4 jours.

Küche etwas mehr auwahl! Geschirr bitte besser säubern, mein erster Teller war voll mit Saucen! (Vermutlich hat es ein Kind an Falscher Stelle zurückgestellt, ansonsten OK. Die Kinder hatten Spass am Schwimmbad und am Meer. Hotel direkt am Geschehen (Nighlife an der Tür, für Party People nach dem Moto sehen/gesehen werden - nichts für mich) Lärm bis spät in die Nacht!!!

Ich habe für eine 4-köpfige Familie gebucht. Das Zimmer war sehr eng und es wurden zwei Betten zusammen geschoben. Es gab einen Schrank für eine Person (2 Schubläden), also mussten wir unsere Sachen im Koffer lassen. Die Auswahl beim Essen war sehr eingeschränkt. Es hat nach Nichts geschmeckt und die Qualität ließ auch zu Wünschen übrig. Auch die "Snackbar" war täglich mit Hotdog oder Hamburger das sehr fade schmeckte, also nur Brot, Fleisch und Ketchup und/oder Mayo. Der Strand ist absolut nicht für Kinder geeignet, steinig und der Abhang ist relativ steil. Was gut war, war das Abendprogramm für die Kinder. Und gleich nebenan war eine Spielanlage (mit Bezahlung) für die Kinder.

VMC sdb bruit infernal....porte SDB qui grince obligée de la laisser ouverte la nuit.....espace entre lits et bureau trop étroit....wifi coupée constamment dans cette chambre.....nourriture de qualite médiocre avec peu de choix...plutot une cantine qu'une salle de restaurant....tres deçu....nous ne reviendrons pas

Male per essere un 4 stelle superior

La camera quadrupla era un buco, non c'era posto per mettere le valigie. La pulizia della camera era approssimativa. In camera c'era una gran puzza di fogna...è come se la ventola del bagno sfiatasse in camera. Il cibo era discreto, ottima la pizza. Molto bella la zona piscine e l'animazione.

Hotellage: Mitten im Massentourismus Strand: Weg zum Strand ca 5 min, das ist ok. Strand fällt steil ab mit extrem starker Brandung, nicht für Kinder zu empfehlen. Zimmer: dreckig, runtergekommen, Mobiliar aufgequollen von der Luftfeuchtigkeit, selbst die Türe zum Bad & Farbe blättert ab Bad: Gestank nicht zu ertragen (nach Abfluss & Kläranlage) - Beschwerde brachte nach ca. 2 Stunden & 100l Abflussreiniger Abhilfe. Löste das Problem aber nicht dauerhaft. Morgens kam der Geruch wieder zurück, sodass wir die Flucht direkt zum Buffet ergreifen mussten. Tja, Buffet: Überfüllter Speisesaal, dreckige Teller & Gläser. Essen: eigentlich das Akzeptabelste am Hotel (wobei Nudeln konstant ohne Salz zu kochen ist echt Next Level). Die Atmosphäre im Saal war immer viel zu laut - vergleichbar mit einem Hauptbahnhof in Großstädten. Getränke in SB, Drei Kaffeemaschinen für ca. 150 Erwachsene?! Kein Sprudelwasser zum Frühstück, stilles Wasser schmeckt nach Poolwasser vom letzten Wasserwechsel. Sorry! Pool: ok, aber Fliesen brauchen Ausbesserung. Snackbar am Pool: Möglichkeit eine Kleinigkeit am Nachmittag zu essen, aber Chicken Nuggets, die von innen so aussehen als wären sie schon einmal gegessen. Wenigstens Pommes… Personal: sehr freundlich & bemüht, sie können nichts für diese schlechte Führung. Leider bleibt mehr Negatives hängen anstatt positives Feedback. Für Menschen ohne Anspruch sicher gut. Für alle anderen: tut euch selber einen Gefallen und bucht ein anderes Hotel.

Pas au top !

L’hôtel ne correspond pas à un 4* supérieur. Repas très moyen, mobilier abimé dans la chambre (bas de meuble abimé, colonne de douche cassée donc douchette qui ne tient pas, sur un des lit un des pieds cassés, peinture et taches sur fauteuil et rideaux de la chambre, aucune isolation phonique dans la chambre). Nous avons eu un rabais sur le parking voiture de l’hôtel, heureusement car le parking ressemble plus à un champ qu’à un parking. L’hôtel et les services ne sont pas à la hauteur du prix payé. Par contre, personnel très sympathique !

El hotel tiene una categoría de 4* superior y para mi no le corresponde esta categoría. La limpieza deja mucho que desear, sobre todo en el comedor. La comida de muy poca calidad y el personal que hay no entiende el español salvo los de recepción y dos chicas del comedor.

Meget dårlig renhold

Skitten i ganger og på rom. Ødelagte ting på bad, f.eks dusj, vindu kan ikke låses mm. All inclusive, til maten virket ofte ikke brus maskinen. Mye venting pga for få bord i spisesalen.
