Beautiful, comfortable terraced house. Excellent location: right in the centre but still quiet, 160 m from the sea, from the beach. Private: garden (fenced) with lawn, swimming pool (7 x 3 m, depth 150 - 120 cm, seasonal availability: 01.Jan. - 31.Dec.). Shower/WC in the pool area, barbecue, roofed, parking. E-charging station. Shop 80 m, supermarket 350 m, restaurant 150 m, bakery 300 m, bus stop "Escoles - Sant Esteve" 200 m, railway station "Malgrat de Mar" 240 m. Nearby attractions: Barcelona 66 km, Mataro 35 km, Sant Pol 20 km, Lloret de Mar 12 km. The owner does not accept any youth groups. Neighbourhood highly sensitive to noise. Quietness and good behaviour expected.
