Loved the location (close to the beach), the apartment was one of the cleanest we've ever stayed in, and communication with Joana was always easy. We loved our time in Malgrat de Mar and would definitely stay here again.

Perfect apartement

Our stay was really lovely. The apartment has a great environment, close to the beach, close to the party area and the restaurants and also the train station. Joana was also very personable and helpful. the apartment was clean and very large and above all the air conditioning was great. I can honestly recommend this place if you‘re going to Malgrat. It‘s perfect if you travel with family or friends. :)

Nice apartment in a nice coastal town

First time visit to Spain. Stayed 3 nights in Malgrat. Nice little coastal town. There is a long stretch of beach. Not like some other places with small scattered pockets of beach. Didn't seem too popular, maybe because the smaller beaches offer calmer water. Malgrat is very walkable, very flat. Apartment is as described. Apartment is conveniently located with groceries, restaurants and cafes within a short walk. Joana is a nice host. Responsive over WhatsApp, even though she didn't speak too much English. It's an older building, so noise insulation isn't great. But bedrooms in the back, away from the street, were quiet enough for sleeping. Beds are quite firm, which suited us. Some suggestions for a better stay: Provide some soap and shampoo Provide some pantry items like oil, salt, pepper.

Schöne Wohnung in ruhiger Umgebung

Die Lage ist ruhig, aber dennoch zentral! Vom Bahnhof aus kommt man in ca. einer Stunde mit dem Zug nach Barcelona! Die Vermieterin ist sehr sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Die Wohnung ist gut geeinget für Familien und Freundesgruppen.

Séjour de 4 nuits

Nous y avons séjourné pour accompagner notre fils en tournoi de foot. L'appartement est au deuxième étage. Petite rue calme. Proche des commodités, d'un grand parking public gratuit, de la mer. L'appartement était très propre, pas de ménage à faire en partant. Il faut simplement le laisser correct après vous. Michaela (la fille de ma propriétaire) a su nous conseiller pour un restaurant paella chez Antonio. Un super restaurant ! Il manquait éventuellement dans la cuisine : une boule à thé et une cafetière mais sinon tout y est !

Vermieterin wohnt im gleichen Haus, sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Kommuniziert haben wir mit Hilfe eines Google Übersetzer, was problemlos geklappt hat. Die Wohnung war richtig sauber. Die Vermieterin hat uns sogar in der Mitte unseres Aufenthaltes die saubere Bettwäsche zum wechseln gegeben, was auch sehr selten der Fall ist. Grosse kostenloser Parkplatz ist um die Ecke. Viele Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in der Nähe alles ist fusssläufig zu erreichen. Alles in allem Preisleistungsverhältniss ist Top.
