Another room features two beds, each measuring 90 cm by 200 cm in length, and is also fitted with electric heating and air conditioning. The third room accommodates a bed measuring 80 cm by 200 cm in length, as well as two bunk beds measuring 90 cm by 200 cm in length, and is equipped with electric heating and air conditioning.

The open kitchen is well-equipped with an oven, dishwasher, four induction hot plates, a toaster, kettle, microwave, electric coffee machine, and Nespresso capsules for the coffee machine (extra capsules available).
