8.6/10 Excellent! (1,000 reviews)
The staff was amazing and very accommodating, especially Derek and Michael. The customer service from the staff at Ti Bananne was top notch and the food also very good. Sorry. I only remember the name Sam. I would definitely return and highly recommend for a quiet getaway.
Only thing to be prepared for is that we found it difficult to shower without getting the bathroom floor wet. It seems like a design flaw. The bench and shower head should have been switched.
We went early October and the floor there were not a lot of guests or activities onsite, but it was perfect as we walked all around and took day trips around the island.
Great first visit to St. Lucia and will definitely be back.

It is on the beach. Some of the staff was helpful, others weren’t.Bathroom had black mold around it.Cleaning service was extremely poor.I left a water glass on the night table the night I arrived and it was still there when I checked out 4 days later. I went to restaurant and apparently they were delayed in opening and staff was just walking past without asking if I need any assistance.Nice hotel overall but staff needs more training overall.

Friendly staff, great location. Not too far from restaurants, is in walking distance of the marina which has a miminart and many food options. Although the building itself needs better maintaining, I would return.
