"Awkward check-in as office doubled as the employee's apartment. Room was mostly clean...kitchen area had a broken handle on microwave and was filthy underneath where you had to open the door since the handle was not there. Ice maker in freezer did not work. Outside had lots of debris in parking and walk area...mostly cigarette and beer caps. Still a lot of remodeling construction, but on other side of building from us...so not a concern."

"We've been coming to Red River for years. This property is the best yet of all the rentals we've stayed at. First time we've used this rental mgmt company and have to say they may have just converted us over to them for the next many years to come!! Property was clean, comfy, well taken care of, and in an ideal location. Hope to stay here again if the timing works out."
