The acoustic in the dining room means that it can be incredibly noisy even when it is not full. That is something quite noticeable even from the minute we walked through the main door at reception and also coming down the corridor from room 15. Other observation is that the cleaning staff do not appear to wash up the few cups in the room. The shower do not appear to drain well. I think it has not been declogged for a while. We asked for blankets at reception as it was quite cold on some evenings but none arrived. It would also be good to provide complimentary disposable slippers as the tiled floor can be uncomfortably cold to walk on.

Nice room, good location, hotel pool and bar were nice. Check-in a little slow as room key wasn’t working. Lift not working most of the time, not ideal for a family room when we had a pram and were on the 2nd floor.

Excellent value for money in what is becoming a very expensive resort. Staff, from check in throughout were excellent, courteous and friendly. accommodation was perfectly adequate and exceeded our expectations,,,, Would definitely return.

Great hotel
We had a lovely stay. Very clean, great food & friendly staff. We also had a nice surprise of a room upgrade so had a private pool that was shared by 8 apartments which was lovely. Would definitely return for another stay.

Lovely hotel , good facilities the only criticism is the sun bed situation …the keen ‘towlers’ were reserving beds very early and not using them for most of the day.

Great position in the less frantic area of PP. Close to fabulous beach. Fabulous staff, clean. Not enough sun beds for number of guests & a new fridge was needed in our accommodation. Other than that a great place to stay!

Pleasant stay
A good hotel. Furnishings quite basic. Lots of cupboard space . Definitely get a room overlooking pool. Beds quite hard and uncomfortable. breakfast good- only had snacks for lunches but food very good. A bit of a distance from main town but nice 25 min walk along lovely promenade. A bit tiring if you have had active days out like us and had to walk all the way to town and back for nice restaurants. Lack of taxis. But kept us fit. Staff helpful and friendly and hired bikes for €7 half day. Overall a lovely stay. Lots of cyclists stay here, not luxurious for couples but ok to use a base

Good room, good location, good breakfast. Room was only serviced once or twice- it was not made up every day despite leaving sign on door asking for this to be done. VIP perk of a free bottle of wine was never received. But in general a great place for the money.

Good value within walking distance of beach
We had a pleasant 10 day stay in a comfort studio, which had a reasonably well equipped kitchen area. The bathroom shower was a good size. Towels, although surprisingly small for bath towels, were changed frequently and bins emptied. There were some issues initially with our room such as noisy pipework and the beds being too hard but these were addressed the next day. The staff were very pleasant. I think the rooms had been refurbished but I didn’t like the dark paintwork in the cooking area which made it seem a little utilitarian, but overall it was a good base for Pollensa and inexpensive.

All I can say is that all the public areas have definitely been given an upgrade as it was fresh and clean, however not the same can be said for the rooms. Ok the room we were given was advertised after reading was twin beds but when we arrived they were really far apart so I immediately rang reception and was advised that every room were separated twin beds and to be honest most guests were couples and I can’t believe that currently this is acceptable as there should give an option of twin or double. Anyway the colour of the room was dark teal really not a welcoming colour and actually reminded me of student accommodation. The room although wasn’t cleaned each day which was fine but the dust above the bed and balcony hadn’t been cleaned at all. There was a foul smell in the bathroom.

Lovely and quiet, yet very close up the beach. 20 minute walk to the restaurants but didn’t mind that as you walk next to the beach which is gorgeous. Staff very helpful and friendly.

Ok but I would not stay again
Overall ok. Cons: - not very clean. Hairs in bathroom, urine smell next to toilet, stains on floor/shower. Room cleaning during odd hours - terrible mattresses - neighbour smoking on balcony. Could not open windows as smoke can to the rooms. Woke us up at 7am every morning - no electric kettle, unlike shown on the photo. Pros: - close to the beach - free parking - quiet area - friendly reception

Clean, Friendly hotel - Book a Premium Room!
Premium rooms are excellent with access to private pool. All staff are friendly and efficient and the hotel is very clean.

Comfortable night and great service
Only there for a night but a warm welcome in the early hours of the morning. Clean and modern room with everything we needed for the night. We’d only booked the night before and were very pleased.

Love the area. So beautiful lots of beautiful restaurants without loosing the authenticity of Majorca. Lots going on without feeling busy Hotel is great and our second busy. Hotel was full but still felt spacious around the pool. Clean and friendly. However there is a strict no inflatables policy in the pool. If you enjoy a lilo or a ring in the pool perhaps look for another hotel in the area

The apartments were clean but basic. The staff were welcoming. It had good facilities for children and entertainment most nights. The food was ideal for children and we all enjoyed the barbecue. There was no policy about sun beds with people putting their towels down before breakfast but not using sun bed until late afternoon. Which meant that it was difficult to get a sun bed after 9 am. We paid 10 euros for a photo of the children with an owl at the reptile show and didn’t receive the photo

Lovely stay, solid 4/5 Hotel
We stayed for 4 nights at the Bahia Pollensa hotel and overall we had a very good experience. The room & facilities were clean and the pool area was also well maintained and very clean. The only minor criticism we had in the room was a broken A/C unit which, while working, occasionally got quite noisy The breakfast was standard buffet fare, nothing special but there was a good variety and plenty of it. The hotel is close to a lot of decent restaurants along Pollensa Port, all within 20 minutes walkiing distance. The swimming pool was great, very clean and plenty of loungers available. A minor criticism, it is only manned between 1000 and 1800 which is a bit restrictive. The bar was well stocked and reasonably priced for drinks. Overall, this is a good hotel in a good location and proves decent value for money

Very acceptable
Overall property was ok. Service and cleanliness perfectly fine. Nice pool and public areas. Didn't use bar or restaurant, but they appeared fully acceptable. Is a bit out from central city and downtown Beach area, although only a couple of blocks to the lower end of a nice beaches. We did walk up beach to main part of town which wasn't a problem, but is a bit a hike. Seemed popular with families and bikers. Close to jump on highway for day trips out of town. Only significant issue was the 8 Euro per day charge for wifi, although available for free in the lobby.

Well run hotel near the beach
We had a very enjoyable and relaxing time for two weeks at the Bahia Pollensa. It's a hotel that suits families but is also quiet. It is well located in a quiet road just back from the seafront. We went half board and were very happy with the food.
