The hotel was not as online or in photos. It is poorly neglected and filthy. I would never stay again. Especially with the price they are charging. The 1st room they gave me smelt like an ashtray even though it was non-smoking room and there were food crumbs on the floor. The 2nd room was moldy and there were water leaks and toilet wouldn't stop running. There is no security in the building just a simple key to lock your door, no deadbolt. Baseboards are coming away from the wall, the ceiling is waterstained and falling down in spots. The shower is too tiny for even a small child to use. Glad I was only staying 1 night. This place was terrible!

Brilliant stay
Lovely little hotel, very clean and comfortable. The staff at reception were really welcoming and lovely. It did the job perfectly for our short stay, at a really reasonable price! Fantastic location too

The bed was comfortable, but AC didn't work so we had to leave balcony door open, which felt unsafe. Also, the bathroom was moldy and smelled horribly of sewage.

Clean comfy and exactly what was needed.
Very clean and comfortable staff very plesant and helpful. One downside shower bracket was broken and when reported still not fixed when we left so a few wet floors. Right In the heart of the Port.

Brilliant location, friendly staff, cheap stay. Bedrooms are very basic, no places store clothes unless they hang up, air conditioning in the room however the unit was covered in mould spores, no extractor fan in the bathroom so it had a very sour smell and was also damp.

Very friendly service but dead mosquitos on the wall maybe still from last season, some water pump (or so) was very loud during day and night, very thin walls. breaksfast includes only cheapest toast, meat and cheese you can find.

Al mediodía del 6/11 recibí un what'sapp para decir que a mi llegada me darían los detalles del problema imprevisto surgido: overbooking debido a un problema de software. Me enviaron a un hotel cercano diciendo que todo estaba arreglado: el conserje no sabía nada. Habitación pésima (individual y no doble uso individual), sin baño (estaba en el pasillo del otro lado). Afortunadamente al final solo pagué el impuesto turístico. Never, never again

Einfach aber ausreichend
Für eine Nacjt völlig ausreichend und gute Lage! Zentral aber nicht mitten im Trubel. Zwar gab es einen kleinen Balkon, aber man konnte die Türe nicht auf Kipp stellen und die anliegenden Balkone waren miteinander verbunden, so dass ich mich mit offener Tür des nachts nicht sicher gefühlt habe. Zimmer war sehr einfach, aber sauber.

Hyvä sijainti sataman läheisyydessä mutta surkea hinta-laatusuhde. Kylpyhuoneessa ei ollut käsisaippuaa, suihkun ovi ei sulkeutunut kunnolla, käsisuihku ei pysynyt pidikkeessään vaan tippui koko ajan päähän, päiväpeite oli likainen jne. Ok yhden yön yöpymistä varten ennen aamulauttaa Menorcalle, mutta ei todellakaan ollut maksamamme 100 € arvoinen.

Prévu pour une nuit d’étape, hôtel correct malgré le manque de place dans la salle de bain, avec seulement 2 échantillons pour le gel douche, le manque de prise : soit un chargeur soit une lampe de chevet. Malheureusement : non seulement on entend tous les bruits dans le couloir, les pas, les discussions, les clefs etc, et encore plus les voisins qui ont des ébats plus que bruyants rien que 5x de 00:30 à 9:30 et ce malgré notre demande de faire discret, et personne à la réception, donc nuit discontinue. Départ prévue à 10h, personne à le reception ni pour la remise des clefs ni pour écouter notre retour. On ne recommande pas.

Un hôtel qui a été sûrement refait en essayant de faire bien. Mais l hôtel ressemble plus à une auberge de jeunesse. Les gens ne doivent pas prendre soin des chambres, je parle des clients évidemment. Les finitions sont à revoir. Pas où peu de chambre avec fenêtre ou balcon, du coup suivant la chambre ou l emplacement du lit problème de lit moite . Hôtel bien situé, check in rapide, une seule clé. Literie correct.

llegamos justo antes de las 22:00 pm.y por poco nos quedamos sin poder entrar, la recepcionista muy atenta y nos soluciono un inconveniente. el problema para nosotros o lo incomodo, fue que a desde las 22:00 a las 08:30, el ascensor queda fuera de servicio, y en nuestro caso que m mujer tiene una minusvalía,

Lo que no me gustó es prácticamente nada porque el servicio y personal fueron excelentes y las instalaciones super cómodas y limpias,lo que se podría mejorar sería las dos camas individuales cuando reserva una pareja pero nada mas,muy agusto y cómodos nos encontramos. Saludos.
