We had a great time at this hotel! It’s really family oriented and they go above and beyond to make you feel comfortable. Lots of activity for kids, lots of options for food in the hotel and also around the property. There is also a grocery shopping right outside the hotel, very convenient. Overall we had a great experience.

La cama para niños de la habitación familiar bastante incómoda, la limpieza se puede mejorar en todo el establecimiento, hay telarañas en los pasillos, la recepción holia fatal como a podrido los 5 días de nuestra estancia, el desayuno y cena buffet yo lo mejoraría tanto en calidad como en presentación con un poco de cariño ganaría mucho mas.

We enjoyed our holiday here. Pros: locatoon next to beautiful beach, pretty good buffet food, very friendly staff, great kids entertainment Cons: pool could do with a decent clean as we got ill from it on our first day, not really any entertainment for adults, would prefer a location that is closer to more shops/town centre as this is a bus ride from somewhere like that

A great family place.
We had excellent accommodation although we were above the main restaurant and opposite the nightly entertainment so it was a bit noisy. The room was clean and well equipped although we did have a kitchen with plenty of crockery but no cutlery. Food was good, although buffet style is not my cup of tea, there was a really good range of styles of foods with plenty of salads and local dishes. It was well cooked and presented and no horrendous queues associated with many all inclusive places. The pools were on the cold side. The children would have played a lot longer if they had been a bit warmer, consequently we spent most of our time at the beach as it was warmer. A bit disappointing was the daily €14 for 2 beds and an umbrella on the beach. This adds to the cost somewhat.

Well run, very good food, pleasant room. Ideal for a family holiday. Good facilities. Good entertainment to suit the whole family. Only minor criticism is that it was sometimes difficult to get a sunbed if you were late up! Great holiday!

Hotel bastante masificado para la poca cantidad de hamacas y piscinas disponibles. Tienen a personal auxiliar pendiente de que los huéspedes no reserven las hamacas y se vayan. No me parece mal concepto, pero da un cierto aire "carcelario". Bien es cierto que la playa está a tiro de puesra, aunque ni la pisamos.

We found out that it was not our hotel. Around the pool it's so full with sun beds that you can barely can walk trough them. Reserve sun beds is forbidden but it happens al lot. Personal from the hotel is doing nothing about it. Also around the pool it's very noisy. The room cleaning is not so good. They forgot our room a few times. The room we had was on the opposite site of a neighboring hotel (H boulding) whit a ventilation system that was really loud 24/7 hours a day. So on the balcony that was really disturbing to hear that all day. Restaurants we din't use so no opinion about them.

Resort bem razoável
O resort é razoável. O problema que tive foi com o atendimento. Contratei um quarto triple o qual havia com vista para dentro do resort e para a rua. Deixei muito bem explicado nas solicitações especiais, que não queria com vista para a rua. Chegando lá, não só me colocaram com vista para a rua como também me disseram que não podiam me trocar de quarto porque como não contratei diretamente com eles, não poderiam fazer nenhuma mudança, nada para ajudar.

Muy buen hotel a pie de una playa maravillosa
Aspectos positivos: Todas las actividades (niños y adultos) son gestionadas en ingles, lo que es lógico considerando que mas del 90% de los huéspedes son extranjeros. Hay actividades a todas varias veces al dia y los niños se lo pasaron genial. Hay piscinas para todos los gustos y el hotel está a pie de una playa kilometrica y de arena maravillosa. Para comer en las instalaciones hay un bar a la carta, restaurantes bufet (muy variado y bueba calidad) y un servicio de hamburguesas, perritos y pizzas (estilo fast food pero que esta bastante bien) La limpieza en las habitaciones es muy correcta y el personal de recepción muy amable. Puntos negativos: A excepción de un socorrista de pelo corto que iba con su silbato el resto me pareció bastante despistado. Queriamos una plancha y la unica opción para que nos la dieran en recepcion era dejando un depósito en efectivo de 20€, al no tener dinero quise dar mi tarjeta pero no era opcion. Francamente algo muy absurdo para los tiempos que corren, en fin, que no pudimos planchar una prenda de vestir. Conclusión: Es un sitio muy recomendable, sobretodo para ir con niños.

Hvis man elsker larm fra morgen til aften og masser af larmende englænder så er det et dejligt hotel, vi har aldrig oplevede et hotel der var så meget larm på, vi skulle have været på hotellet i 16 dagen men tjekkede ud efter 7 dage pga larm fra busser der kørte til og fra hotellet stort set hele tiden, maden i All incl var og opad bakke. Kommer aldrig igen.

Ville vælge et andet hotel en anden gang
Mad Der er 3 restauranter men vi prøvede kun de 2, da man skulle bestille tid til at spise på deres Taverna restaurant. Udvalget af buffeten i begge restauranter er ensformig. Men helt generelt er maden af lav kvalitet, feks. fandt stykker af ben i deres paella Yderligere er der ingen hygiejne opsyn, specielt med børn som tager med fingrene mv. Vi oplevede allede 3 gange vi var i hovedrestaurnten at der var børn som brækkede sig ud over gulvet. Lækkert når de lige har haft fingrene i buffeten. Der går katte rundt inde i restauranten hvilket er pænt ulækkert. Yderligere står der i deres brochure at deres take away (crispy corner) er en del af All inclusive, hvilket det ikke er, måtte betale da jeg blev informeret ved afhentning. I receptionen er de tydeligt klar over deres fejl informationsmateriale, men ville på ingen måde at refundere pengene selvom de var klar over fejlen var deres. Pools Forfærdeligt, de har alt for mange mennesker på hotellet til størrelsen af pools, samt ingen liggestole som bliver spærret af håndklæder kl 7 om morgenen. De siger de har hyret en sikkerhedvagt til at fjerne håndklæder men hans eneste funktion er at stå med armene over kors uden at lave andet. Værelse Slidt, træværk er hullet og i stykker, aircondition virker ikke. Sengen havde rustne ben, skimmel i bruseren. Rengøring har kun været her da vi ringede og klagede over manglende rengøring.

Preisleistung stimmt, gutes Hotel mit Kindern. Nettes Personal, gutes Frühstück, Pools, Strandnähe, Alles Top! Zimmer sind ziemlich klein. Wir konnten jedoch Zimmer upgraden und waren dann mehr als zufrieden.

Ikke ett hotell for ferie! Men for støy!
Ufattelig dårlig Hotel for å dra på ferie! Det er overfylt med skrikende unger døgnet rundt. Dette da reisende kommer og går hele døgnet på grunn av tidlige flyavganger og det er i for seg i orden. Men når du ligger i sengen og kam høre hva folk snakker om og unger som skriker 4-5 rom lenger bort i gangen, blir dette overhode ikke ferie! Ufattelig dårlig av Hotels.com å ikke være mere tydelig på hvilke type Hotel dette er og advare om at det er mye støy. Var mange som klaget og når mine ungdommer på 14 og 18 var drittlei sier det sitt. Aldri mer dette hotellet og hadde forventet langt bedre frokost.

Freundliches Personal, Hilfsbereit für alle Probleme, Sehr gute Restaurants, Saubere gepflegte Pool-Anlagen, vielfältige Speisen es gibt unterschiedliche Themen Abende,die Betten waren für uns sehr gut. Wir waren als Familie für eine Woche dort mit zwei Kindern 7 und 10 Jahre. Dieses Hotel können wir gerne empfehlen zu dem was wir kennen lernen durften.
