good central location
Close to shops and. restaurants Two minuet walk to nearest beach Room was cleaned daily , most days we were given clean towels ,and bed linen was changed several times during our stay ( 10 days ). The staff were very helpful, we asked for extra pillows a chair and hangers and got them, and as they were quiet we were able to delay our check out time to midday Room was on 2nd floor and there was no lift. It was very small and the furnishings basic beds were ok just. To get to the toilet you has to squeeze around the door of the en suite Overall it was not the best place to stay but it was relatively cheap, so you get what you pay for

Fantastic location, friendly staff
Check in via the travel agent, lady was extremely friendly and helpful. Location excellent and very quiet at night. The only downside was that the air conditioning is a fan on the roof, so no immediate respite from the heat, but was comfortable enough by the time we went to sleep

So clean and friendly
We really enjoyed our stay at hostel San Francisco! It was incredibly clean and the staff we lovely. The rooms are basic but just perfect for what the two of us needed during our short stay. The local area is touristy with lots of restaurants to choose from with helpful staff, a lovely bar for happy hour and a fabulous little beach 5 mins away. Although there was no air con in the rooms, there was a fan to rent for €3 a night which did the job! Thanks hotsal San Fracnsisco!

Zentrale Unterkunft
Eine wunderbare Unterkunft im Herzen von Cala D‘ Or. Ich wurde nicht nur sehr freundlich empfangen, sondern hatte auch ein sehr schönes und ruhiges Zimmer hinten raus. Immer wieder gerne!

Good location
The hostel was in the middle of city center, but they do not have parking. We got a place 1min from hotel for free. Place is a little bit old-fashioned, shower curtains dirty. But for the price and balcony to the city center is fine.

La posizione dell'hostal è perfetta per essere raggiunto in autobus dall'aeroporto o da Palma, e per andare a piedi fino a tre calette veramente stupende. Il centro di Cala d'Or è ad hoc per i turisti nordeuropei, tutto è a misura loro; è difficile trovare locali autenticamente mallorquines ma cercando qualcosa si trova. È nel centro di Cala d'or e le stanze non sono insonorizzate (né dall'esterno né tra una e l'altra) quindi è un po' rumoroso la sera fino a mezzanotte e la mattina presto dalle 6. La stanza aveva un odore sgradevole misto tra chiuso e disinfettante. La biancheria, e del letto e del bagno, era consumata dai numerosi lavaggi con candeggina. Non c'erano né shampoo, né bagnoschiuma, né una saponetta, né asciugacapelli, né tappeto per la doccia. Insomma i servizi sono ridotti al minimo ma la pulizia è quotidiana.

Hotel très accueillant
Hotel très accueillant, la personne nous a entendu le soir jusqu'à notre arrivée et en plus parlait très bien le français. Superbe bien situé en plein centre. Chambre très propre et confortable, peu déjeuner buffet varié et de qualité. Nous recommandons cet hôtel. Seul gros bémol et que pour expédia, l’hôtel ne se situe pas à SANTANYL mais à Cala d'or directement. Cela na figure ni sur le site d'expédia, ni sur le coupon de confirmation, on peut toujours chercher

Bonjour, bonjour, voici la réception! Merci beaucoup pour les commentaires. Totalement en accord avec la confusion possible. Le terme municipal de Santanyi est formé de 11 noyaux urbains. Turistically Cala d`Or est le plus important - mais - coïncide que la plus grande ville et où se trouve la mairie, est également appelée Santanyi. L’un des problèmes est lorsque les formulaires demandent «municipalité» Santanyi doit être mis, mais la pratiquer est auto-éliminatoire. Dumt att vara småsnål, det var billigt.
Hotellet var dåligt, ingen luftkonditionering och dålig städning dessutom saknades utlovad utrustning (hårtork). Den gick att låna vid behov... Läget var mycket bra. Nära till strand och restauranger.

t is best to read carefully the descriptions that in our case are very clear. Nowhere is the existence of air conditioning or hair dryer mentioned, which indicates that there is not. As you say, the hair dryer is provided for free and you used it. We rent fans, which we suppose you did not need, did not ask for it or rent it. Cleaning is daily with a priority order in the tasks. It is not appropriate nor an elegant action to leave the towels in the corridor of the rooms. Simply because it is not the right place. The lack of respect or abuse towards the cleaning staff is not tolerated.

Hotel al centro di Cala dor. Stanza semplice. Tripla con letto d'appoggio troppo piccolo per un adulto, bisognerebbe migliorarne la qualità. Stanza un po' calda non essendo presente l'aria condizionata. È possibile fittare in loco dei ventilatori e il minifrigo. Buona la pulizia. Personale molto cordiale

Sauberes Zimmer in großartiger Lage
Das Zimmer und das Hotel liegen direkt in der Mitte von Cala d'Or, Fussweg vom Yachthafen, zwei Stränden, Geschäften, Restaurants, Supermarkt etc. Antonia von der Rezeption ist super freundlich und sehr nett, ich kam erst spät an aber sie war noch da und hat mir geduldig Informationen über die Umgebung gegeben, wie zum Beispiel wo ich am besten und gratis parken kann. Mein Zimmer war sehr sauber, hat alles was man braucht. Sogar einen Balkon, von dem aus man gemütlich das Treiben in den Straßen beobachten kann.

eine sehr gute Lage, der Strand befindet sich in wenigen Minuten zum Fuß, aber die Zimmer brauchen eine Renovierung. Das Möbel ist alt, es gibt viel Staub im Zimmer. Die Bettwäsche hatte die Löcher.

Preiswertes Hotel în der nähe von 3 Stränden
Das Hotel war preiswert und man hatte was man für kurze Trip mit wenig Geld braucht. Es war in der nähe von Strand, die Zimmern waren ausreichend groß für 2 Personen, es gab auch ein Balkon. Die Zimmer war sauber, das Personal war sehr nett. Als Minus sah ich, dass die Bettwäsche sehr alt und mit 2 Locher waren, der Duschkopf hatte viel Kalk. Und wichtig, im Badezimmer gab es keine Seife. Insgesamt bin ich zufrieden für was ich dafür bezalt habe.

This hostal is situated in a shopping area, we had a Mango shop in front of our balcony and another shopping center to our right. Nice for some shopping and very close to 4-5 beaches. Nothing else extraordinary to say about this place. The rest of things were ok and the staff very friendly.

Buena ubicación
Está bien para pasar unos pocos días, pero para una semana mejor buscar otra cosa superior. En el segundo piso hace mucho calor aunque se puede alquilar ventilador. El desayuno un poco escaso y el café debes pagarlo en la máquina 0.50€ aunque teníamos desayuno incluido. Cama bien, baño bien. Buena limpieza, aunque un poco anticuado pero es lo que tiene al ser un Hostal, suerte de la ubicación ya que era perfecta.

Petit hôtel pratique
Rien à dire, personnels très sympa et de bon conseil, pas de clim mais ce n'était pas une surprise, on a pris un ventilateur en plus et c'était parfait. Proche des plages et des commerces, parfait quand on y reste peu (douche et dodo)

Hôtel très agréable au centre de Cala d'Or
L'hôtel se trouve dans une rue animée avec des magasins et quelques restaurants, mais nous n'avons pas été dérangés par le bruit. Les chambres sont nettoyées tous les jours et sont donc très propres. Nous avions un petit balcon donnant sur la rue, une salle de bain avec baignoire et un petit bureau. La réceptionniste à l'accueil parle bien le français, ce qui est un plus si vous ne comprenez ni l'anglais, ni l'espagnol. Le seul point négatif est qu'il n'y a pas de climatisation dans la chambre. Il est toutefois possible de demander un ventilateur et un mini-frigo pour un coût supplémentaire. En somme, nous avons donc passé un très bon séjour dans cet hôtel.

Bon séjour à l'hostal San Francisco. Le personnel est agréable et accueillant, la réceptionniste parle très bien français . Le petit déjeuné edt bon et copieux. Le petit bémol est l'isolation phonique ... autant des voisins que de la rue qui est très passagère

Für Partygänger perfekt!
1 Wöchiger Urlaub mit wenig Schlaf, da viel zu laut, ab Nachts 2 Uhr wird es ruhiger.

Secondo me non è un'ostello, piuttosto un albergo con 1/2 stelle. Posizione centralissima, vicino alle spiagge, camera pulita, la signora alla reception GENTILISSIMA e molto DISPONIBILE, non c'è aria condizionata, ma si stava bene comunque. Colazione ok. Camera con balconicino. Senza troppo pretese.
