The Can Bordoy is an excellent place to stay if in Palma. Its location in Old Town makes everything very walkable, the staff is extremely professional and helpful, and their onsite dining is excellent. Its a beautiful property with a lot of character and charm!

Excellant location for Palma City Centre. Staff were very attentive, ans accomadating. We only besides Breakfast, Lunch in the Garden Area. The only let dowm, was Breakfast. Slow sevoce, and food was cold. Suggest they allow people to access there own hot drinks, and they invest in a toaster!! Otherwise, brilliant hotel, highly reccomended.

A hidden gem in Palma
An amazing hotel. The staff are young, energetic and super helpful. The hotel is in a prime location and a walking distance to the centre and the cathedral.

This property is GORGEOUS. It's a small hotel with staff are gracious, friendly, and knowledgeable. The hotel restaurant is also fantastic.

One of the loveliest boutique hotels I've stayed in. Excellent service, great restaurant as well. One top tip- not all rooms have balconies so make sure to request one when you book.

Amazing stay!

Lovely weekend in Palma
Well located hotel in grand old building, great breakfast in the beautiful garden of Botanica restaurant. Hotel design is stunning but some rooms overlooking the inner courtyard can be noisy with poor sound proofing.. We did complain after a noisy first night and very quickly offered an alternative room without issue. Our favourite part of the stay was relaxing around the lovely poo and garden.

Wonderful hotel. Every staff member was helpful and friendly. Great breakfast and cocktails. The room was super comfy with everything you need and the shower was fabulous. Roof top was ideal spot to look over the city and can’t wait to return so we can sunbathe in style. Thank you to the staff for organising flowers for my cousin. She loved them. Overall fabulous and will be going back for sure.

Exquisite property - utter luxury; wonderful staff - totally accommodating, helpful, friendly, gracious - just perfect. Loved Mr. B, the resident pooch! Room was so beautiful, it was hard to leave. Breakfast and dinner at the restaurant were superb. Gorgeous garden! Everything was perfect!

Chic little boutique hotel in old town Palma

Perfection!
Incredible service by all the staff. Room was beautifully designed, and the hotel has great attention to detail with all of the amenities (ie: Marvis toothpaste with wooden toothbrushes). Arrived late at night to Jerry at the front desk who was super accommodating and a warm welcome. He made us feel right at home. Walked into room and they even had candles lit for ambiance! Highly recommend using their airport ‘shuttle’ service which was a Mercedes S-Class (was expecting a basic van like most places). Lastly — their breakfast policy is perfection: breakfast anytime, anywhere on the property /in room. I have to come back!

Great experience
What an amazing hotel! The location in the old town is perfect for exploring the Cathedral and other land marks, but also great for shopping and restaurants The hotel its self is quirky and interesting,with lots of pleasant surprises and careful touches. The food is creative and thoughtful and a show case for local suppliers and producers. The staff we met where al energetic excited and helpful, genuinely seemed interested in our stay and helping us get the most from our visit. We really felt that we were somewhere different in the way that the hotel reflected the local history and culture.

Nous sommes descendus 3 nuits dans cet hôtel très bel hôtel Très belle déco Tres bel emplacement dans le vieux Palma Mais le service pourrait être amélioré notamment lors de l accueil en évitant de montrer une petite pancarte avec un flash code lors d une simple question sur les horaires d ouverture de la piscine par exemple

Super schönes kleines Hotel in der Altstadt
Das Hotel und die Anlage sind wunderschön. Das Hotel liegt direkt neben der Kathedrale. Das Hotel ist das einzige in Palma, welches über einen Garten verfügt. Das Personal ist super freundlich. Einziger Minuspunkt ist, dass es an den Pools jeweils nur sieben Liegen gibt, die immer belegt waren. Insgesamt hat uns der Aufenthalt sehr gut gefallen und wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder.

The hotel itself was very nice. Beautiful garden with a pool and few sunbeds. Service was occasionally very slow and neutral. For example in the spa there were towels and bottles of the previous guests. We mentioned about it and asked for someone to collect them, but nothing happened. One day the hotel was fully booked and the service during breakfast was extremely slow because there was not enough personnel. On the other hand housekeeping was perfect. Also food in the restaurant at dinner as well as at breakfast was very good. But is this a five star hotel? Nevertheless as a whole we had a very nice stay.
