The property itself is great, but it's located at the NOISY END OF TOWN. The area is full of young revelers and don't count on getting any sleep from 4.00am as this is the time that the young return to their hotel and noise is their primary objective... I'm not a prude and I also enjoy a good drink but at least consider others when returning to your hotel and leave all the screaming back at your home.... The staff at the hotel were great in assisting to keep these young screamers under control by threatening them that they'll be thrown out....

Excellent place to stay a few days. Access somewhat hard because of a steep upward street. No place to park a car. Food is superb both at breakfast and dinner. Good swimming pool. Very good relationship cost/benefit.

Friendly staff. Nice breakfast.clean, but not perfect. Room had some serioues problems with noise isolation. I had to sleap with ear plugs. Dont expect to sleap well.

Pleasant stay at Hotel HMS Reina del Mar
Overall I cannot fault the hotel from checking in to checking out, everything was great. There was a big variety of food, lots of fruit and affordable drinks with the meals. Good service too. Pool area very nice. The only negative comments are: the room's floor was not very clean, the daily cleaner did not clean the mirror or glasses; young guests made a terrible racket all hours of the night, but they were dealt with quickly when I reported it to reception (at 4am). It would be nice to have a coffee machine or just hot water in the bar area to have coffee before breakfast or at other times. The reception staff was so helpful and friendly. I would recommend this hotel.

Nice staff, but be aware that at the dinner time even at is a half board no drinks ,even water no included in your meal -you have to pay for that and it is quate non reasonable price.. Over all it is just a 3* hotel

Great stay but...
I went with my wife and child. We had a great stay and a really good time. The room was spotlessly clean and was cleaned everyday, our housekeeper Juana made an amazing job. Despite the cleanliness, the rooms are too too hot, so we had to get a fan from reception which costs us 10€ for a week and an extra 10€ for deposit (refunded after returning the fan). This would be almost a solution if the fan wasn't that noisy, so we end up not using it as much as we needed. We notice that Thursdays and Friday nights are quiet noisy, so if you're a light sleeper.. take this in attention. The staff doesn't speak much English, so prepare yourselves to improve yor spanish skills. A part from this, we had a great time. The hotel is 5min walking to the beach, or if you prefer you can always use the swimming pool. :)

Die Schalldämmung der Hotelwände ist so schlecht, dass ich jede Nacht vom Geräusch des Abwasserkanals geweckt wurde. Ich konnte oben Leute reden und Kinder weinen hören. Es ist zu laut! Das Personal ist freundlich.

Ok för en vecka
Hotellet är nära havet vilket passade vår barnfamilj väldigt bra. Rummen saknar minibar/kyl och det får man hyra för €45 per vecka. Städning var under förväntan, spegeln i badrummet har inte rengjorts på hela veckan och inte heller har det sopats under sängen, där det låg skräp från föregående gäster. Poolen var liten men ren. Det funkar för en kort vistelse om man inte spenderar så mycket tid på rummet.

C’était génial l’hôtel à la hauteur de son prix. Surtout ne changez rien ! Peut-être le soir il pourrait y avoir une ou deux soirées avec des attractions genre spectacle espagnols. Sinon les 2 soirées par semaine avec le didji étaient sympas. Non rien à dire le personnel a l’écoute adorable serviable. Propre très propre. La femme de ménage de mon étage j’étais au premier était brésilienne et tellement propre et se donnant à fond ! La nourriture très variée et très bien. Vraiment super séjour sur l’île nous avons fait du tourisme et beaucoup de plage la mer super et superbe. Je suis déjà venue en 2016 pour 15 jours aussi j’étais à Portocolom a l’hôtel Cala Marsal qui était au top aussi. Alors à une prochaine fois !

Vi boede der i 6 nætter vi skiftede værelse fordi vi fik et meget lille gult værelse der lå lige op af elevatoren som larmede hele natten, vi blev skifte op til en meget fint rent værelse med god udsigt. Det eneste der var lidt en træt oplevelse var maden vi havde morgenmad og aftensmad, maden var ikke det lækkereste udvalgt var meget det samme og ser var ikke rigtigt noget der havde en lækker og velsmagende smag, der var flere aftener hvor vi valgt at spise et andet sted fordi maden var tør og kedelig.

El alojamiento relación calidad precio muy bien, pero esta en la zona guiri, lo cual es MUY raro ver españoles. Todo está pensado para extranjeros. Cobran por todo. La media pensión no incluye bebida, y una botella grande de agua son 4€ (en España la jarra de agua del grifo por ley es gratis). Tampoco te dan hielos para el café. La comida del restaurante muy buena (especial mencion al camarero Francisco, un amor de persona). Las habitaciones completas y muy limpias, pero para una o dos personas, para tres muy justas. La piscina también tiene horario, cuando la cierran, aun hace calor y hay gente llegando de la playa que quería bañarse. Las limpiadoras lo dejan todo impoluto, pero entran a las 8am a la habitación sin permiso para saber si estas dormido o no y entrar a limpiar (bastante irrespetuoso).

Fint hotellopphold, men dårlig middagsbuffè.
Rent og fint hotell med gode senger, ok rom med velfungerende air con. Ok basseng og uteområde hvor det alltid var ledig solseng. Bar med stive drikke-og ispriser. Heldig med rom med havutsikt fra balkongen. 5 minutter ned til stranden, slakk bakke tilbake. Stort supermarked 25 m unna. Manglet bare kjøleskap på rommet. Maten var dessverre en nedtur, spesielt middag/dessert-buffè. Lite smak og forandring på en uke. Hadde opphold inkludert frokost/middag. Prismessig bra. Men spiste ute flere kvelder pga dette.

☹️ Das Hotel ist sehr weit weg von der Partymeile. ☹️ Die Zimmer sind schlecht schallisoliert (hellhörig). 🙂 Man bekommt täglich frische Handtücher und Waschlotion. 🙂 LED TV 🙂 Freundliches Personal

Sehr gutes 3 sterne Hotel für das Geld
Wir sind eine junge Familie mit kleinem Kind ohne Luxuserwartungen gewesen. Man muss sagen dass es laut sein kann- viele Menschen kommen nach Mallorca um Party zu machen. Auch in diesem Hotel hört man laute Gesellschaften. Am Balkon oder im Gang. Personal war sehr freundlich...wir haben zimmer wechseln lassen. Essen Frühstück und Abendessen war mehr als genügend. Fisch, hänchen, Gemüse, Obst, alles sehr lecker. Auch Nachtisch super. Sauberkeit top- im Zimmer wurde immer geputzt. Swiminigpool , Bars, rfestaurant---wir warren mit allem zufrieden. Würden das Hotel allen empfeheln.
