comfortable hotel, clean. better than I had expected with friendly staff. The add on breakfast was worth the cost. Good variety and quality food. Close to the beach and beach activities.

Overall we really enjoyed our stay, the staff are proud of where they work and want each guest to have the most relaxing time. There were a few hidden costs upon arrival such as, paying for the spa. The website stated each room was sound proof however, the maids would wake you up in the morning (around 8am) with chatter In the corridors or loudly cleaning in the communal areas. Nevertheless, the reception team were always on hand to answer any questions we had and found great deals for our excursions. We paid for bed and breakfast which saved us a lot of money and gave us a variety to choose from each morning.

Good location, great staff, relatively good value
It was a great stay, great location, close enough to the beach (2-3 minutes walk). The staff were very good and very helpful which was the best thing about the stay. The buffet was very good, I would say it's what you'd expect from a 4 star hotel even if I've had a way better 4 start buffets in the same area when I stayed at HM Gran Fiesta. Good access to free showers and towels if you're leaving much later than the check out time.

Hotel is very basic no entertainment very quiet. Good choice of food but mostly lukewarm. Last night we upgraded to a superior room wasnt worth the expense. The room was exactly the same except for an expresso coffee machine. To gain access to the hot tub you need to climb metal spiral stairs quite tricky need to be very careful. The outside lighting didn't work and the hot tub wasn't ready to use took at least 5 hours to warm up

Great little hotel close to super beach,
Stayed for 4 nights half board, great food loads of choices, lovely room on 4th floor with sea view, pool small but really nice , definitely stay again , lovely helpful staff , room cleaned every day super maids 😀

Great location, clean, and cold AC
This is a clean, efficient and well run hotel for a reasonable price in the best location in Palma, a block from the beach. Great breakfast buffet and the WiFi worked well. We were upgraded to the 2 story balcony, I highly recommend it.

Excellent stay
The hotel is very well located, 10 minutes from the airport and 2 minutes from the beach. It is spotlessly clean and the staff are very friendly and helpful, we even had a cold plate of food for each of us as we arrived at the hotel at midnight. The room had everything we needed and again was immaculate. The hotel and the area is completely orientated towards the German tourists, there were very few English or French tourists. It is predominantly a german resort which for us made no difference , but I was unaware of how much of German based resort this is. It is a lovely resort very well maintained. The hotel is two minutes from the shops and supermarkets and there is a lovely promenade to walk on with shops and stall on one side and the beach on the other. I would definitely stay at this hotel again and revisit this resort.

Perfect stay
Mari the receptionist gave us an excellent welcome and was very kind to allocate us a wonderful room on the seventh floor with magnificent views and a private terrace with jaccuzi . many thanks. Hotel has excellent location close to the beach , shops and bus stops. Breakfast and dinner buffets are very good. So big thank you to all the staff in all departments for their efforts and hard work to make our stay a perfect one .

Das Hotel ist top gelegen, die Einrichtung ist schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen aber wer bleibt schon im Hotel wenn man nicht muss?! Der Hammer war definitiv der Whirlpool auf der Dachterrasse mit Blick auf die Playa!

Muy agradable y atento el personal. Buena limpieza. Buen buffet de desayuno y cena, comida reciente y bien preparada, bastante variedad. Solamente noté un poco descuidado el gimnasio, máquinas slgo destartaladas y con falta de mantenimiento, sin embargo el spa bastante correcto

Das Hotel war sehr sauber, gut ausgestattet und hatte die perfekt Lage zwischen ruhig, aber nah genug am Playa de Palma, alles in laufbarer Nähe, nur im März hat wegen der noch nicht eröffneten Saison nicht viel auf an Bars. Die Zimmer waren sauber und wurden täglich einmal grob gereinigt. Das Personal Im Hotel war jederzeit sehr hilfsbereit und äußerst freundlich. Das Essen war wirklich sehr gut. Bei spanischem Essen in deklarierten 4 Sterne Hotels erwarte ich meistens nichts besonderes, aber das Buffet hatte sehr große Auswahl. Als Vegetarier muss man sich bisschen was zusammenstellen, da es schon Fisch- und Fleischlastig ist, aber jeder wird fündig. Das Frühstück bietet von vielen verschiedenen Aufschnitten, gekochtem Ei, Rührei, Spiegelei, Omelette, Pancakes und Bacon zu Joghurt, Müsli, Kuchen etc. Der einzige Mangel war das Spa. Auf den Bildern sieht es recht geräumig aus, jedoch ist das Becken nur lauwarm und 80cm hoch, also nicht zum schwimmen sondern zum sitzen geeignet. Die Sauna tut was sie tun soll. Das Dampfbad hat trotzt Ankündigung der Rezeption am selben Tag (das es das Dampfbad gibt) nicht funktioniert. Für einen Preis von 10€/pro Person für den ganzen Tag nicht viel verloren, aber von zwei Bier hat man mehr. Alles in allem eine 4.5/5. Wir würden definitiv wiederkommen.
