Disliked: Cleanliness, staff & service, property conditions & facilities
The stay itself was more or less ok. The hotel is in a side street close to the main street but still quiet. The cleaning stuff did not clean the floor even a single time during our three nights stay, they did not even do the beds. obviously they did not care. Same for the balcony. Main point is that the interior in the bathroom could have killed my one year old. One of the shower doors we did not operate before must have been opened by the cleaning staff. When I closed it again, it popped out of the rail, fell onto me and the falling aluminum line cover hit me one year old child on the head. I`ve called for the manager who actually blamed me to watch out for my children. The is the biggest disgrace someone ever told me. The glass storage in the shower was proven not really attached to the wall, it could be easy fixed but it a great danger. When my husband came over to talk to the manager and set him straight he suddenly left minutes before and did not turn up the next day. No one apologized, no one gave a fly. Better spend your money somewhere else!

Lamentamos profundamente que su estancia en nuestro Hotel no haya sido de su agrado.Intentamos mejorar día a día y tomamos muy en cuenta cualquier comentario de los clientes.Sobre la limpieza de la habitación... se aviso en repetidas ocasiones a la señora clienta, que la camarera no podía entrar en la habitación para proceder a su limpieza diaria ya que se dejaba a un Bebe de corta edad solo dentro de la habitación, el bebe solo.La camarera no esta autorizada a llevar a cabo la limpieza en esa situación, la camarera solo realiza la limpieza diaria si hay un adulto en la habitación con el bebe o si la habitación esta completamente vacía y con un mínimo de orden.Esto fue informado a la cliente tanto por parte de la chica de recepción como por mi parte (Gerente).Sobre el tema de la puerta de la mampara, no voy a entrar en hablar de dicho tema, ya que creo que no nos pondríamos de acuerdo en la forma de verlo y prefiero no entrar a valorar ese tema.Y como he dicho al principio, de corazón, lo que mas lamento es que un cliente se vaya insatisfecho de su estancia en nuestro hotel y siempre estamos en continuo aprendizaje para mejorar.Un Saludo.
