Wonderful!
We had the best time at Emilio’s home. It was everything we wanted and more. The area was beautiful and relaxing with scenic beaches within a quick drive along with usage of the hotel pool, delicious restaurants, and golf. We loved it and highly recommend it to any looking for a soothing and stunning getaway.

Our holiday was magical. Wonderful views, great communication and tips from Emilio on where to eat or where to go. We had a great time exploring Majorca and the house was a perfect base that we would definitely return to.

Country Club Bliss
We had the best 2 week family holiday in this villa overlooking the 1st hole. The pool was a 2 minute walk away as well as the tennis which we did not play as it was too hot. Easy access to local beaches and small towns and only a short journey to Cala Millor for supermarkets etc. The villa has everything you need for your stay. You also get 20% discount at the Hotel and Pool bar with the country club membership.

Fabulous accommodation
The accommodation is spotlessly clean and in a great location with beautiful views. It would make a great rental for two couples or a family due to the layout over several levels. It has a lovely ground floor terrace and balcony both of which overlook the golf course with views of the sea beyond. The photos on the website really don’t do the property justice. Highly recommended

Beautiful villa in stunning surroundings
We stayed at Emilio’s property for a week and we couldn’t have asked for more. Emilio is a brilliant host with very good communication and lovely little touches to make your stay perfect - from chocolate and local meats in the fridge upon arrival to an abundance of towels and beach equipment at our disposal. Pula Golf resort is an amazing place to be located for a trip to Majorca with several beaches - including our favourites Cala Millor and Sa Coma - within 10 minutes drive and Formentor just a (stunning) hour drive up the coast. The resort itself has a lovely pool with a bar and a couple of very nice restaurants on site - all which come with a 20% discount for anyone staying in the urbanisation. Would recommend 100% and definitely will return.

Beautiful house in a nice location
As a family of four ( two adults and two children) we had a fabulous time in this spacious well equipped house with stunning views overlooking golf course. The location is a perfect base to explore this part of Mallorca, with numerous nice beaches close by. Calla Anguilla became our favourite. Lots to do for children in the area plus having a pool nearby and lots of space around the house was a huge bonus. Will be happy to come back again The Hutchison family London, UK

Spacious and comfortable accommodation with everything you need. A good base even for non golfers.
Visited late October into November. Grandchildren enjoyed the choice of local beaches about 15 mins drive away. Villa is as it appears on website. Excellent views over golf course to hills. Villa had plenty of space for 4 adults and 2 children and was very clean and well equipped. When the weather turned later in our stay we made full use of the indoor pool and spa facilities which we seemed to have to ourselves. V. Nice restaurants on site and in locality, and good cooking facilities in Villa. Emilio quickly responded to any questions we had. Emilio met us at the gate of the residential part of the resort. Sat nav will direct you to main car park of Pula Golf Club. Ignore this and carry on and shortly after turn left to Arte. About 100 yards off main road is a left turn that leads to gates. Thank you Emilio for a comfortable and enjoyable stay. We will certainly return and would recommend the villa to golfers and non golfers alike. Mal Criddle

A comfortable and well equipped villa in a peaceful location but within easy reach of beach and shop
Overall, we had a lovely stay at Emilio's property. A slight hiccup when we arrived as did not have exact directions so it took time to work how to access the villas and find the correct house (there are two with the same number!). It was very convenient having the pool, bar, gym and nice terrace brasserie of Pula Golf within 5 mins walk. The two local towns of Arta and Son Severa had everything you need and the market in Son Severa is definitely worth a visit (think it was on Saturday). Nice eating places in the town square and good atmosphere - not too touristy as many locals enjoying it too. The nearest beaches of Cala Millor etc are busy and built up the further down the coast you go, but Cala Torta we loved - a bit of a bumpy drive to it but if you want to get away from all the tourist bars and shops, this is the place to go. Good walks from there too, to the pirates lookout. Can't fault the accommodation - everything there that you need and well presented and clean. Weather mixed with dramatic storms and hot and humid. Thank you Emilio, you were an attentive host and we would book again.

Well-appointed, comfortable house in a beautiful setting
We really enjoyed our stay: the house was perfect and had everything we needed, and we were made very welcome by Emilio. We also had gorgeous weather so were able to enjoy the super pool and facilities at Pula Golf, and visited a couple of local beaches. Overall a fantastic, relaxing holiday with plenty to keep the children entertained, and we'll be booking again.

The most amazing place we have stayed
We came here on a joint family holiday (4 adults and 3 children ) and it was amazing! The villa was beautiful and spacious with everything we needed. The pool is only a few minutes walk and the indoor spa and treatments were also fantastic. The views are beautiful, the beds are really comfortable and it was very clean. Emilio was easy to contact throughout our stay and answered any questions very quickly.. We are coming back very soon !!

Family Vacation
The location of the house is fantastic, with a great view over and great access to the golf course. Emilio was very forthcoming with the check-in details and how best to access the villa. There was a slight issue when we arrived, that we had to sort out ourselves, but apart from that everything went smoothly. The beaches in Cala Millor and Sa Coma are just ten minutes away by car and Alcúdia is around 45 minutes away. We enjoyed our time here so much that we have booked it again for next year!

Prachtige plek
Fantastisch huisje met prachtig uitzicht over de golfbaan. Het Dakterras heeft ook nog eens uitzicht over de zee. Met onze tieners gegolfd en getennist. Heerlijk gezwommen en de lunch bij het zwembad was heerlijk. We hadden wat pech want er werd gewerkt aan de waterleiding. Hierdoor hadden we 1,5 dag geen water en dat is echt heel onhandig. We mochten gebruik maken van douches op het resort en de eigenaar Emilio bezorgde ons een presentje ter compensatie wat ontzettend attent was.

Flott opphold i Son Servera
Flott hus på et flott område. Herlig bassengområde med gode restauranter på området. Vi spiller ikke golf, men hadde noen fine dager på anlegget. Huset er godt utstyrt.

Das Haus hat eine wunderbare Lage am Rande des Golfplatzes und ist sehr gute ausgestattet. Wer Ruhe und Entspannung sucht, ist hier genau richtig. Die Gastgeber sind sehr zuvorkommend und zugewandt. Die Kommunikation ist hervorragend.

Tolles Haus an guter Lage
Wir haben eine tolle Zeit verbracht. Alles perfekt. Ruhige Lage. 5 Min. vom schönen langen Sandstrand. Nie überfüllt. Wir haben schöne Spaziergänge gemacht. Das Haus war sehr geräumig. Super ausgestattet. Kühle Schlafzimmer da diese im UG sind. Trotz fehlender Klimaanlage sehr angenehm. Toller Pool.

Best equipped house we've ever been!
The house is modern and stylish, but also cozy. Top location especially for golf fans. Very nice and warm contact with the owner who answered quickly to our few questions. We have spend memorable days even despite of COVID and we certainly intent to come again very soon!

A wonderful experience
Fully equipped and very well maintained, the house is really comfortable and ideally located. Nice and quiet but at the same time close to the best beaches of the island. A place suggested not only for the golf-addicted but for whom need time to relax.

Ganz schönes Haus mit tollem Blick!

Desintoxicante para urbanitas
Un sitio estupendo para pasar unos días. Hemos ido en temporada baja y había pocas casitas habitadas, aunque sí golfistas. La zona es maravillosa, pero era mi primera vez en Mallorca y todo me ha parecido muy bonito. A la casa no le falta un perejil, está decorada con gusto sin sobrecargar. Se caldea bien, auque haga fresco fuera. Al propietario no le vimos, pero nos facilitó indicaciones para llegar y fue muy amable. Los alrededores precioso, aunque no tuvimos mucho tiempo de explorarlos.

Auch wir können uns den sehr guten Bewertungen nur anschließen: das Haus ist traumhaft gelegen und sehr gut ausgestattet. Zwei kleine Kritikpunkte: es gibt, wie bei vielen Häusern im Süden, keine echte Heizung. Man kann den Wohnraum nur mit der Klimaanlage heizen, bei den Schlafzimmern ist uns dies nicht gelungen . Da es 3 Tage extrem regnerisch war, war am Ende alles "klamm". Nur im Master-Bad gibt es einen elektrischen Heizkörper für die Handtücher. Und die Benutzung g des Indoorpools und Gyms ist kostenpflichtig. Das ging aus dem Inserat nicht so genau hervor. Ansonsten ist alles wunderschön und in gutem Zustand. Ich empfehle das Haus für 5 Erwachsene, da es für die 6. Person nur ein Zustellbett gibt. Aber Platz ist genug. Die Raumaufteilung ist genial. Weitere Pluspunkte: eine Waschmaschine, Fön und genügend Handtücher und Strandlaken. Das Golf Resort selbst ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen, aber das Haus selber ist 5 Sterne wert.

Sehr gutes Reihenendhaus und Gesamtanlage nicht nur für Golfer, sondern auch für Familien. Für uns ist es sehr angenehm, die Hotelleistungen wie z. B. Frühstück, Pool nutzen und trotzdem "privat" in einem Ferienhaus wohnen zu können. Beispielhaft für die sehr gute Betreuung durch den Gastgeber Emilio sei der bei unserer späten Ankunft bereits bestückte Kühlschrank sowie die prompte Reparatur eines Waschbeckenventils an einem Sonntag genannt. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder. Hasta luego Emilio.

Wir habe uns sehr wohlgefühlt und konnten die Zeit sehr genießen. Die Wohnung ist top ausgestattet und lässt keine Wünsche offen. Man kann die Einrichtungen des Hotels mitbenutzen und das ist natürlich klasse! Danke auch an Josefina und Emilio für den Support vor Ort, wir kommen gerne wieder!
