Great new resort. The property was extremely clean and the staff were all super nice. All I wished for was for more variety of food at the resort and maybe more activities at night.

I loved the fact that the accommodation was small apartments of 3 attached together and dotted about, so we didn't feel like they'd squashed as many people in as possible. It was a bit of a trek for us to walk back to our room as it was probably one of the furthest away from the reception/pool area but we'd just make sure we had everything we needed for the day so we didn't need to go back and forth. The staff were brilliant, the aqua zumba and aerobics classes were fun to partake in, evening entertainment was definitely above average! Food was standard for an all inclusive European holiday, we found the options at tea time were better than lunch. Going in July I expected the sunbeds around the pool to be taken up very quickly but that was not the case so we ended up with the entire pool to ourselves until about 10.30-11am(ish) before all of the children turned up. Overall I had a lovely time and would recommend for a little break away of up to a week.

So much potential. But under delivers
A few big let downs of this hotel. These my top 3 1. No Air con in a room with no proper ventilation. The room had 1 small window in the toilet. The front door was a sliding glass door. 2. Only 1 pool in a very big hotel so the pool area got very crowded very quickly. Considering how big the hotel was, you would of expected more than 1 swimming pool. 3. The snack bar had very limited stuff items to eat However the staff was very friendly and the hotel was kept quiet clean throughout. Breakfast, lunch and dinner was pleasent although we found ourselves looking for somewhere to sit if we went to dinner alittle later with tables reserved throughout the evening and no one using the space. If you choose this hotel would suggest not staying to many days

The place, staffs, environment. The hotel was a good hotel and how guest were taken care of was very pleasant and in a professional manner and the food was great will love to visit the hotel again

If you arrive with zero expectations, you may be pleasantly surprised. However if you arrive with reasonable expectations (comfy bed, insect free room, warm shower) you will be VERY disappointed. Rooms are old, woke up every night to have spiders and insects in my room - beds are similar to camp beds and the showers don’t work. Oh and rooms are damp and musty. But the hotel is on the most beautiful beach.

Its a 3 star hotel and if your expecting more, you need to book a different hotel. The hotel is kept clean which is the main thing, it doesn't claim to be more than it is. The food is good and for what you paid for the hotel you will be happy, there is more than enough to keep everyone happy. I

Broken shower ,broken sink ,door did not lock and was charged to use a safe even though the room was not Sucre.double bed was actually to single beds pushed together that you feel threw ,was promised kettle and brew facilities in room on day of arrival (it never turned up) . most toilets on site blocked or broken.most drinks machines on site was broken or turned off. The luggage room windows was broken and just plastic bagged over .Not a lot to do onsite and entertainment was same stuff every day.only good thing about the site is how clean your room is .

4 holidays here in 5 years speaks for itself
stayed for the forth time in 5 years. lovely hotel. not too busy but lively enough. food very nice and plenty of choice. service excellent. staff excellent. rooms spacious and cleaned well. reception sorted rooms we asked for and were incredibly helpful. area lovely in a nice little cove but with town walking distance over the cliffs. i love this hotel and will continue to come when i can. it is probably not suited to anyone looking for a party or club scene, but for couples, families or singles looking for a pleasant, holiday, it's great. sea is beautiful, little bungalows are peaceful and safe. above all the staff do everything they can to help and make holiday what you want it to be.

No fridge in room, no internet in room or WiFi as you have to pay for it, one bed had a broken leg and not comfortable to sleep,, I paid more on arrival for hotel not the same as shown on reservation, the room was far from recption and the beach but it was ok to walk, the place is extremely calm, and far from the city and you can't find close shop, but the beach is really nice.

Nice resort.Staff very friendly and helpful.We were on the outskirts of the resort but didn't mind the walk down to the main reception and pool area even though we could have used the free shuttle bus. Enjoyable break.

We enjoyed our couple of nights all-inclusive break in Club Tropicana. The rooms were dated but comfortable. Facilities were basic but adequate. Food was average but tasty enough. Staff were friendly across the hotel, but check-in took an hour (early afternoon) and there were only 3 couples ahead of us in the queue. (We weren't the only guests to experience this.) Beach was mostly clean, disappointing it was so very expensive to hire beds and umbrellas. The pool was clean and there were enough loungers. The rooms were in blocks of three, all single-storey, with paths and gardens between them so it didn't seem like you were overlooked or in an awful high-rise block. This did mean it was a fair walk (10 minutes) from the furthest blocks but there was a regular minibus if needed. The blocks closest to the pool, beach and reception would probably be a bit noisy with lots of passers-by so we were glad to be further away.

Great staff, accommodation needs some work
Staff extremely helpful especially the girls on reception, the entertainment staff always creating a wonderful atmosphere. Only thing to let this place down is the accommodation, the rooms are damp, beds are old and uncomfortable and the doors are sliding doors with poor locks, so much so we and 4 other rooms got broken into and had some of our stuff stolen. Luckily we paid for the safe to put our money and passports in. Reception staff where excellent when dealing with this unfortunate event, moving us to a closer room, paying for our taxi to the police station and allowing us to check out late. If there’s one small improvement I would like to see is for the hotel to hire some security to patrol the grounds at night.

We were a group of four couples staying for four daysThe check in was quick, our rooms were up a slight hill about a five minute walk, or the minibus came every ten mins if we didn,t want to walk. The restaurant staff were excellent always reserving a large table for us and food was great .good selection and always hot we will be back!

I paid middle price butwas the furthest from beach so upgraded which cost me extra 86 euros for 4 nights the food wasnt great , and the cocktails never had any alcohol in unless you asked for it pool freezing also was my birthday on my vacation thats what went for and my husband even reminded them yet nothing was done but was for all other guests until my husband went down and complained

We were moved to another hotel as our room hax apparently been flooded by rain the previous day. It was an hour drive away so cost us additional fuel. It was 4 star and therefore cost double the tourist levy. It wouldn't have been so bad had we known the day before. They told us after they had put the all inclusive bands on our wrists!

Still lovely
I first visited Club Tropicana 20 years ago returning this year with my grandchild. Worth paying for the upgrade if you have any mobility issues. We had the basic accommodation which was fine and very quiet but be prepared to walk or catch minibus to get to pool & restaurant. Would benefit from tea & coffee facilities in the room. Evening entertainment and activities ion offer in the day are excellent.

Just back from 2 weeks at club hotel Tropicana. Enjoyed our holiday. Weather lovely and plenty of food and drink with all inclusive option. Food lacks variety but plenty of it. Snack bar great for relaxed lunch option. Nice beach just steps away and access into town by walking over the headland. Lots of loungers around the pool, most reserved with towels by 1030 but large garden area for sunbathing. Pool closed on 2 occasions, once for over 24 hours, not the fault of the hotel but could sorely do with separate kids pool or 2nd pool, options limited during the closures. Room basic enough, no hairdryer so bring your own. Tv had only 2 english speaking news channels, no kids channels in any language, and reception poor at times. €40 for room safe for 2 weeks very expensive. Wifi another €25. Cleaning was good apart from when regular cleaner off duty, no shower gel, soap or towels replaced. Our room only few minutes walk from pool so was very handy but the site is very spreadout so minibus transfers available within the site. On site entertainment was good, archery, shooting, french bowls, darts, bingo, exercise classes and nightly shows. Kids really enjoyed the shows. 1 show in poor taste, dance 'sketch ' with Sting's Roxanne of woman pushed from 1 male dancer to the next, not impressed. Disclaimer beforehand saying it wasn't meant to be disrespectful to women says it all. Overall had a good time, very relaxing ans would definitely recommend.

Lovely view. Fantastic staff.
The situation of this hotel is amazing.Right on a lovely beach. The staff were so hard working. The food was excellent. I was worried there wouldn't be enough to entertain my 12 and 13 year old boys but the entertainment staff work tirelessly. There was archery, shooting, volleyball, football and water polo and the evening entertainment was great. Aquarobics and Zumba and a great size pool. You have to pay for sunbeds on the beach so I would swim in the sea and go back to the pool to sunbathe. The only downside was our room- a sort of chalet was a long way from the centre of things and fairly basic but as we only used it to shower and sleep I'd definitely recommend it. There was a minibus shuttle to the rooms if you wanted it and you could pay to upgrade to closer rooms. We went on a glass bottomed boat trip which was great but otherwise we didn't leave the resort and so much was included we barely spent any money. We definitely want to go again. It was great value, a really nice mix of nationalities and we had a great time. Next time I'd maybe try and see more of the island

I enjoyed our week away as it was the first time I have taken my daughter abroad, but the hotel is dated and could do with some money being spent on it. However the whole complex was clean and generally well presented. The rooms have NO AIR CON, just a ceiling fan. The only way we could sleep was under soaked towels, not good! My daughter loved the mini disco initially but it was exactly the same every night. The needed some variety to keep it fun. The main desk staff were abrupt and sometimes rude but the entertainment staff and restaurant staff worked tirelessly - I couldn't fault them. Food was plentiful but repetitive and fairly plain. The beach and pool were both clean and safe. Powerful waves came into the bay each day so fun for a little while but my young daughter eventually preferred the safety of the pool. The hotel is fairly remote. There is no local town to wander into for a change of scenery but there are nice boat trips up the coast available. The complex is sprawling and some rooms require a minibus to reach, so beware and spend a little more on a room closer to the centre. Anything over no.200 is a fair walk. Overall we had a good week, but if I were to return to Mallorca I would book somewhere closer to a little town to avoid feeling 'trapped' at the hotel. Cala d'or looked lovely when we drove through!

Amazing all inclusive holiday! The staff were amazing and the selection of food for all meals is great. I truly enjoyed this holiday and would return again in a moments notice. Perfect for couples and family's. Plenty on offer in terms of entertainment. Great selection of alcoholic drinks all included in all inclusive.

The restaurant and bar over looked the see and a small beach wich is nice however our apartment was over 1/2 a mile away up an hill . They did have a bus service if you wanted to waight for it. Food was good and staff friendly and helpful. No air conditioning in the room so wouldn't recommend going in August.
