Great stay
Our stay was great. We can’t really complain about anything (and that’s rare!). Staff was lovely (especially gentleman at the pool bar who was also preparing tasty mini cocktails before dinner). Food was plentiful, grounds and hotel in very good condition. Location was great. We would definitely like to go back so that’s a massive compliment from us!

Fifty Shades Of Iberostar
Firstly, our intention from this holiday was to relax and enjoy some late September sunshine. However, It was impossible to sunbathe on any terrace around the pool and enjoy sunshine all day long. The height of the hotel building and its neighbouring building is very restrictive in this respect and shade is an issue. The hotel policy of removing towels from sunbeds after 30 minutes of non occupancy is non existent as some guests were placing 4 towels on 4 sunbeds on different sun terraces to ensure they did not miss out on the sunshine. After day 2 we decided to hire beach sunbeds for the duration of our stay. The quality and cleanliness of our room and all public areas was immaculate. Premium branded drinks from the pool bar were very expensive. We observed staff working at the pool bar making fun of guests on one evening, and observed staff working at the pool bar keeping tips for themselves despite being asked by guests to put the tips in the tip box at the bar. This is unprofessional and denied hard working bar staff the opportunity of experiencing the gratitude of some of the guests. Within the space of 10 minutes we saw one member of the pool bar staff put 30 euros into her pocket rather than into the tip box. Food in the restaurant was typical of an all inclusive menu. Entertainment was acceptable on the 3 nights out of 8 that we stayed in the hotel. There are many nearby beachfront hotels offering sunshine all day long. If you want sunshine all day long go elsewhere.

The staff were amazing & very accommodating. upon check in, i was offered an option to upgrade my room to a sea view for only 25 euro extra a day. the room was spacious with a full sofa & the views were amazing.

Very clean, bright and well-maintained property. Rooms are small and basic, but we had a nice ocean view. (The higher up the better the view. It’s an all-inclusive and the food was fine. Not great but plenty to choose from and a reasonably priced add-on. Drinks and snacks available throughout the day which is nice. Pool area is big and well set up. If you want a chair with a view of the ocean pick your chair early! If you have a car it’s on road parking which can be tricky but we were fine. Staff is very nice and helpful. And the property is committed to sustainability and it shows.

Very nice hotel, friendly professional staff, good food & a great view. The only downside was that the town was completely closed out of season so you really had to stay in the hotel in the Eve.

Beautiful area Hotel right next to the Beach… Likes staff couldn’t do enough for you always busy and always a smile on their faces you make the Hotel what it is, food was lovely you’d struggle if you were vegan, Lobby area Bar Restaurant and Spa area all lovely bright and clean. Dislikes gym small and equipment needs refreshing also needs details of how to work aircon, rooms or certainly ours dated scuffs and marks on floor and walls throughout badly needs painting mould on the sofa bed and rip in cushion rips in black out curtain, no kettle, bathroom door doesn’t close shower floods the bathroom the list goes on disappointing for an iberostar and had I paid full price I would be furious

Great place to relax.
Very nice and clean hotel. The staff is really friendly and helpful. Fabulous location right next to a park and facing the ocean. We spent a few nights there in winter. Not sure how the location is in summer - there seem to be a lot of party places around.

It is a nice modern hotel, however there were quite a few issues that influence our decision not to return. Good points: - check in was smooth and quick - beach front hotel, so sea views when at restaurant was nice, however you did have to walk further to go in sea as only rocks in front of hotel. - modern rooms(but beware there are no coffee or tea facilities) - location is good and close to restaurants and some bars - one of the good things at the restaurant was the freshly cooked fish. Bad points: - staff at restaurant were more interested in chatting in between them - felt there was more attentiveness for those on all inclusive and unclear about half board prices when it came to snacks for example at pool bar - food was varied but lacked quality(example more canned fruit then fresh, often missing items) - very ugly derelict building next door takes all the sun and is very unsightly - spa was small and most things didn't work, sauna for example was not on/broken, the jets in spa pool only 2 worked. So we would not return to this hotel in the future. But plenty of nice hotels in the area.

Amazing stay!
This hotel exceeded our expectations! The sea view room is an absolute must! Waking up every morning to see the sea from your bed was amazing! The food was also very good! Lots of choice at breakfast and dinner. I have dietary requirements and the staff went above and behind to cater for me. I was very impressed and very thankful! Overall 5 out of 5!

Cannot fault the staff. Fantastic hotel, the only issue was that there was no extractor fan in the bath room which meant the whole room and all mirrors were steamed up after a shower. Apart from that it was perfect.

Would highly recommend this hotel. Iberostar have yet another brilliant Spanish hotel. Although this hotel is fairly small it is extremely modern, clean and an excellent location. I was a bit worried about the buffet however you went above and beyond my expectations. The food was fabulous and lots of variety. The man who cooked the meats and eggs was brilliant and really made my holiday enjoyable. I loved the indoor pool which was a special touch to the hotel. My only criticism is that the lounge bar was closed and the main bar was only open until 11pm so not much to do in the evenings as the entertainment finished at 10pm. Also there was no food served at the bar Thank you for a lovely stay.

Great hotel, poor food quality
This is a good hotel. Clean rooms, great facilities, smart & modern. The staff are friendly and obliging. The only negative is the very poor food quality - overcooked pasta, cold vegetables, poor choice of cold meats, processed cheeses and yoghurts, etc, etc. In terms of overall value it was fine but we would prefer to pay a bit more and get better food. The wine list is pathetic - it states Maker, Region & Style but not grape variety so it’s almost impossible to choose something you know you will like. When we eventually found something we liked they only had 2 bottles so on night 3 they ran out and by night 7 it still wasn’t back in stock. So, in summary, it was OK but missed any finesse.

Excellent modern hotel.
Very comfortable. modern hotel. Our room was very spacious, large flat screen TV on wall had numerous UK channels. Breakfast and dinner buffet selection excellent - very wide choice and changing each day. Drinks in restaurant seemed very dear. Staff excellent. Currently some daytime noise from adjacent site which is under construction. Didn't really trouble us as, being winter, we were not sitting around outside the hotel. Didn't like the door to the toilet/shower, which was just frosted glass panel rather than a proper door. Even after 40+ years married life you still like certain aspects of your ablutions to be done in private ! Wi-fi excellent. Received daily bottles of water and on our first day a complimentary bottle of sparkling rosé wine. Nice touch. Only has roadside parking which was a bit limited owing to building work at adjacent site.

Relaxing out of season
If you are looking for a place to have a break in the winter this would be ideal. The hotel is situated away from the center and is modern and clean, with a gym, sauna and pool the food is excellent and varied with polite staff on hand . The rooms themselves are clean and fresh with maid service every day, they have a tv with english channels and a small fridge (in the wardrobe for some reason). I went out of season so there was very little open in the town.

Nice hotel, think twice about going in November
The hotel is in a good location a stones throw away from the nice beach at Cala Millor, at one end of the strip. The hotel is clean and modern, the rooms are comfortable and clean and the staff are helpful enough. The pool and sauna area is very nice, great for relaxing. One slight criticism we had with the hotel was the smell of cooking was very, very strong in the dining room. It was so strong that the clothes worn for breakfast and dinner couldn’t be worn again due to the smell. With it being November when we visited, Cala Millor was probably 80% shut down for winter. We had a car and travelled around the local resorts and most were shut down for the winter. If we were going to Majorca again at this time of year again, we would probably stay in or near Palma, which as a city was fully open for business and we had a lovely day there. Overall we had a pleasant stay at this hotel, but make sure you take plenty of change of clothes!

We upgraded to a Full Sea View and so glad we did, View was Breathtaking,we stayed in room 603. Rooms are numbered 01-15 on each floor, the smaller the number the closer to the beach you are. Room was clean and modern. Some amenities I didn't get like, having to pay for a safe, or bathrobe. And had to leave deposits for towels and iron. Although all the Staff was super friendly, quick and always helpful, you can tell the hotel does its best to reduce the amount of staff they have. For example, you have to go to front desk for any needs like towels or iron.Wish they put some drinks and snacks you could even purchase in the room, what was provided was bare min. Pool was sleek and not too crowded even in peak season, but definitely cold, I think it peak of summer not as much a problem. Even though hotel was booked, you were always able to get a lounge chair and we didn't feel like sardines. Walking by other hotels on the strip, there was barely any room at all in between the lounge chairs, and every chair is taken. I strongly believe this is the best location on the strip in Calla Millor, it is at the end of the strip with its own private beach access. All the other hotels on the strip are not so private and it seemed like everyone is on display. Our biggest complaint, FOOD is PRETTY BAD! WE did half board, and would recommend only doing breakfast. All meals are served buffet style and they literally put out the same foods for each meal. Seems like an easy fix!

Wonderful stay
Arrived late at the hotel (remember to book a shuttle from the airport, you WILL need it! ) but we were welcomed with fresh juice and champagne and there was still food in the dining room. Our first room was more geared towards a couple, which, after taking it up with reception was upgraded free of charge for our discomfort. Staff were incredibly friendly and helpful and I would highly recommend this hotel to others. Free of families with small children, set back from the main 'tourist' area, it was a quiet vacation which was exactly what I was looking for.

Short winter break away
We had a 5 day short break at the Iberostar, Cala Millor in mid December 2015. This hotel was excellent in all aspects, hotel location facing the sea, food was first class, and staff very friendly and polite. Definitely a 4* plus hotel. Recommend to couples, not sure if suitable for young children, (Adult only from end of April)

Great little getaway
Fantastic hotel, a short walk from the centre. Friendly staff all very helpful. The only very minor negatives would be little things like charging for the safe, and no bottles of water in the room. The hotel is of a fantastic standard, and really has a premium feel, but fixing these little things would make it perfect! Fantastic breakfast!

Superb in every respect!
The Iberostar Cala Millor is brand new, and our stay there was a real pleasure. At the reception, restaurant, bar, and housekeeping we encountered exemplary service, every staff member was welcoming and helpful. The rooms are modern and comfortable, and the hotel facilities excellent. I want to mention particularly the breakfast buffet, which was amongst the best I've ever encountered. We will not hesitate to stay here again if the opportunity arises.
