Really enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay again. The staff are really friendly and the location is within easy walking distance to the cathedral.

Excellent modern hotel in a great location. Nice rooftop terrace with small plunge pool. Rooms great and good beds plus excellent showers, Restaurant is 1st class with great breakfast and good bar with very reasonable prices. Staff great especially Polly on front desk- very helpful and friendly. Great stay.

Good facilities
The hotel is modern and functional with very good, well maintained facilities. The location is around a mile from many of the main points of interest rather than in the middle of them. The staff are very helpful and friendly. The breakfast area can be quite manic, but the staff are super efficient and the food is enjoyable - excellent poached eggs. Pricing of food and drinks is very reasonable for an hotel

Family Holiday
Two rooms booked for my husband & I and elderly parents. The hotel is superb with lovely rooms…we had balcony rooms…& friendly staff who recommended places to go taking into consideration my parents can only walk so far. We did use the pool & sun-lounge area which wasn’t too busy & very well furnished. The cherry on the top would be a roof-top bar. Breakfast was slow when it was busy & has a few teething problems. Not enough staff. Although it’s nice to get waiter/ress service it might help if fruit/cereals etc were buffet service Overall lovely hotel

Had a lovely stay here. The rooms are spotless and stylish. Nice room design especially the window seat and bathroom. The rooftop loungers and seating are very luxurious. Would be good to have a rooftop bar area and a blanket in the wardrobe should the air con be too chilly at night.

First visit to Spain, had very high expectations as this is a new hotel. Very happy with our stay. Staff were very welcoming, our room was exactly as expected. Location wise everywhere was of close distance. Definitely recommend!!

The hotel was in a great location and was good overall but the breakfast was handled by a 3rd party Cafe bar located in the hotel and they didn't understand English or were just mixing up orders on purpose. Don't pay the money on breakfast, just search around for a nice place to have breakfast. If you rent a car you should know the hotel doesn't provide parking and it is hard to find a parking spot near the hotel as it is quite a busy area.

Very new but great
The hotel had only been open for about a month when we stayed there, and initially there were (understandably) some kinks that still needed to be worked out. However, the staff was consistently fantastic, and the issues were sorted out with compensation in the form of some extra perks. The hotel itself is very clean, bright and within perfect walking distance of almost everything in Palma. The breakfast was well worth the price, and the rooftop pool is a big bonus. In sum, a great place to stay - and once they've figured out all the small challenges that are inevitable for a new hotel, it will be excellent.

My boyfriend and I absolutely loved our stay here. It was very clean, modern, good lighting, great location and good price. The bathroom was small but it had a really good shower with rituals products with an orange scent which was a nice touch. There was a really nice window seat in our room too. The bed was very comfortable, even though it was two single beds pushed together it was still comfortable. In the reception they had fresh water mixed with citrus fruits which was really refreshing after a long day out! Our air conditioning was not working. However, once we raised this issue they were very quick in moving us to another room. All the staff were welcoming and friendly, but we’d to say a special thank you to Deli. She made us feel very special and welcomed and she would always make sure we were happy with everything.

Absolutely perfect! Very friendly and helpful staff. Hotel immaculate, both room & all other areas. Loved the roof terrace which was a great chill zone. Location also great just 5 min walk from Santa Catalina and 10 min walk from the old town. Definitely recommend!

Super freundliches Personal, super Zimmer und Frühstück. Uns wurde bei der Reservierung eines Mietrollers geholfen, sehr unkompliziert. Gepäckaufbewahrung möglich, späteres Nutzen des Spa und Fitnessbereichs ebenso. Absolute Empfehlung.

Todo es nuevo, bonita piscina en la azotea con vistas a los rascacielos del centro norte de la ciudad en medio de la Plaza de Madrid con el bullicio que te gusta. A 15 minutos a pie de Plaza España, donde salen todos los autobuses y de la ruta de vuelo de Santa Catalina. Muy limpio y bien mantenido, muy bien insonorizado. Bonita zona de spa con una pequeña piscina (más bien una bañera grande) y una mini sauna, donde rara vez veía a nadie. El personal realmente profesional, muy amable e inteligente en recepción, flexible y rápido. Personal de limpieza totalmente discreto y amable. Los encargados del desayuno en la cafetería integrada todavía están abrumados por la avalancha de invitados, que también pueden ser externos. Sin duda, ampliar la fuerza laboral sería útil en este caso. Esto se nota en el humor de las camareras. Siempre debes actuar con rapidez para mantener contentos a todos tus invitados. Esto también se debe al muy buen desayuno, que atrae a la gente. Definitivamente volvería a reservar el hotel.
