This hotel is so beautiful and the staff here are so lovely too. Cocktails and food included in the all inclusive were really good as well. Only a 10 minute walk from the beach.

Perfectly sized mini resort
Great hotel, great staff, food was good with lots of choices and all drinks are branded. Location is a bit far away from core nightspots but really handy for the beach

Decent Hotel
Premises were not big compared to number of guests. Was especially apparent during eating times. Compared with other all inclusive places I have tried, the food selection was limited in terms of choice. Quality was fine though, but nothing special. The staff - especially in the reception - was very attentive, friendly and helpful, and the room was very nice, in good condition and with a large balcony. Location only 2 min walk to a very nice and children friendly beach. This was really great.

Place was clean an nice. Pools water was freezing, little heating would not hurt, especially in kids pools. Air conditioner is apparently seasonal witch is ridiculous so nights in the room were really boiling hot and air in the room was stuffy because it didn't move at all. And no one wants to keep doors open because of mosquitos.

Well worth a visit.

Loved the VIP rooms well worth the extra and the branded drinks. Staff were very friendly and helpful. The food options for breakfast and lunch were varied and of good quality. However not always a great variety for dinner and meat options not of a good quality. Overall a fantastic stay and would recommend.

Nice hotel , didn’t live up to expectations though
We booked the swim up junior suite which was comfortable and clean , but a little cramped. Meals were acceptable but didn’t excell, and the bar closed around 9.30 pm, and the drinks are very poor. One choice of beer and pre-mixed watered down cocktails. The online pictures online are deceiving. The pool areas aren’t very big , and the gym isn’t in the room pictured , it’s in a portacabin.

Nice Hotel and would stay again!
We had a group of 9 people. The hotel provided a good standard buffet for breakfast, lunch and dinner. The quality of drinks wasn't that great seemed to be cheap and sugary. The rooms were great. Decent size and clean. Would stay here again.

Wonderful suites
Just had a lovely stay at Playa de Muro suites,very glad we booked a suite as it made it a great relaxing week.Could not fault the food considering it was an all inclusive package and the staff were very helpful and friendly.If we could fault anything it would be the suite cleaning staff could have paid a little more attention to detail.Overall I would recommend this hotel and return.

Sopii lapsiperheille
Hotelli oli hyvin siisti. Huoneet laitettiin päivittäin hienoon kuntoon. Äänieristys huoneissa oli aika heikko. Yöllä ravintolasta palaavien mökä herätti lähes joka yö ja toisista huoneista kuuluu muitakin ääniä. Kuntosali oli vaatimaton ja niistäkin harvoista laitteista, joita salissa oli, vielä harvempi toimi. Allas oli siisti, mutta vesi lämmittämätöntä. Ravintolan ruoka oli hyvää. Hinta huomioiden on selvää, ettei päivällisaikaan paistettava liha ollut sisäfilettä. All inclusiveen kuuluvat viinit olivat aika vaatimattomia.

Mycket trevligt rum, fanns allt man behövde. Gott om garderober, mikro kyl, vattenkokare. Gott om garderober och 2 toaletter. Sköna sängar. Maten helt ok, lite trist serveringspersonal. Trevlig personal i receptionen. Mycket bra all-inclusiveutbud i barerna. Tyvärr väldigt skuggiga solstolar på förmiddagen pga mycket träd och palmer (oktober)

Perfekt ferie.
Rigtig god betjening. God mad og drikke. Vi havde bestilt Adult junior suite swin up, det er med egen liggestole og lige ud til en pool. Sengene trænger snart til en udskiftning. Vi har haft et rigtig godt ophold.

Wir waren als Familie vom 29.09.-03.10. dort, All-Inklusive. Es gib nix zu beanstanden! Service und Personal durchweg klasse! All-In Angebot und Essen großartig! Die Hotelanlage sehr gepflegt. Die Zimmer, bei uns Junior Suite, groß, schick eingerichtet, großer Balkon! Für Kinder -bespaßung wurde ausreichend gesorgt. Zwei Pools mit Rutschen, Spielplatz, jeden Abend Kinderdisco. Bei einer Skala von 1 bis 10, gibts von uns eine 11 !!

Das Hotelzimmer war leider nicht allzu sauber, die Duschen beispielsweise waren noch gefüllt mit Sand. Das Angebot ansonsten war jedoch super hinsichtlich des All Inclusive und das Personal war sehr zuvorkommend.

Food was excellent, staff very nice and welcoming. The hotel has 3 pools including an enjoyable pool for the kids with sliders and water splashes. Hotel is located 5min away from a beautiful beach (beaches at Platja Muro were beautiful) and approx 45min from Palma by car. Strongly recommended.

Vlotte check-in. Zelfs upgrade gekregen na een paar dagen tot een swim-up suite. Hierdoor konden we ook gebruiken van het privezwembad, super! Het eten was lekker maar beperkt: met 1 vol bord.

Nuestra experiencia en este Hotel ha sido excelente. Las instalaciones amplias, limpias, cómodas y con buen diseño. Todo el personal del hotel ha sido muy atento y amable. La piscinas infantiles son fantásticas. El Buffet de todo incluido es muy bueno y variado. La única pega que pondría es que los horarios del Buffet es más para extranjeros que para nacionales, especialmente el de la cena que finaliza a las 21h, pero aún así le sigo poniendo la máxima puntuación a este Hotel.

Hotel recién reformado, cerca de la playa.
Hotel bonito, familiar, cerca de la playa y de zona comercial. El personal es muy, muy atento y amable. Las instalaciones son las necesarias, el buffet muy abundante y atractivo.

Nettes Hotel, Essen sehr gut
Grundsätzlich hat uns die Bucht von Alcudia nicht so sehr gefallen, der naturbelassene Strand ist zwar sehr schön, aber man muss 500 m im Wasser laufen bis man endlich mal schwimmen kann. Für Familien mit kleinen Kindern ist das optimal!

Mycket bra hotel .
Maten var mycket bra. Varierad med mycket grönsaker. Rena och fina rum. Stort plus till Sebastian i receptionen som var oerhört hjälpsam.
