From the beginning we found our room really dirty, starting with stranger hairs, dirty and broken towels ( we couldn’t have a shower our first night) , we found aswell stains in the beds and the flor was also dirty, we spoke with the managers a couple of times during the next days, and they promised us they will solve the problem, but it wasn’t the case, everything was even worst day by day, we felt ignored and cheated. We booked this hotel just for having a room clean, and never was the case. We paid more than 500€ for 4 nights and we couldn’t enjoy at all due to this problems. We found blood stains in the pillow, they changed the sheets but they put dirty ones again. It was frustrated, everyday we need to clean our feet’s after the shower because the floor was really dirty. It was a shame and the manager couldn’t solve this basic problem.
My partner and my self are working as managers aswell for Hilton and we found this customer service like a joke. We couldn’t enjoy our holidays.
We expect a prompt answer with a solution for this, because despite of we spoke everyday with the hotel they did it even worst every day. Was really annoying, frustrantes and exhausted.
