"Lovely lakeview cabin on Curlew Lake - so peaceful. Great outdoor space, with gas grill which we used. And a great place to watch the tame resident deer. The great room was just that - huge! Lots of places to sit and relax and read. Kitchen was also very roomy with a big round rug in the middle to warm your feet. Tons of counter space. Made cooking a joy. Cabin was very clean and well stocked with TP, towels, cleaning products, etc. Cabin is a great base for visiting ghost towns (Molson, Bodie, etc) and taking scenic tours. The cabin has a really nice dock, although we did not use it. The only limitation for large parties was the single bathroom, but we made it work for us "

Just bring your clothes, toothbrush and cooler of food to prepare, everything else is available for an easy enjoyable stay. The owner is very friendly and responsive to any questions. "This is a really lovely cabin on the Kettle River in Orient. It is just a few steps from the bridge if you plan on a river float which is really fun! The hosts were really great to communicate with. The cabin was well stocked with basic items that we needed. We look forward to staying again next year"

"It was absolutely amazing, we stayed for three nights but it didnt feel long enough. We hung out on the deck with our dog and he had the time of his life wondering what the cows were. We went fishing down at the lakes and caught baby trout, nothing worth keeping. We also fished that little creek and caught a couple good size trout, we caught and released. We will absolutely be back again. Make sure you bring everything you need, unless you dont mind a drive, and i mean drive, into town. "
