Malolo Lailai Island Holidays

Clean rooms the house was absolutely perfect for our wedding group. We had some of the most amazing views and it was in a perfect location near the airport. An issues we had were dealt with immediately.

The Warwick has the most amazing staff; we’ve never stayed anywhere that had such a wonderful, friendly staff. The location is very well appointed and thoughtfully laid out. Our only criticism is that the mixed drinks were very watered down. We would definitely book again.

It was a different experience, away from the traffic, noise and the fast pace of life, and I love it! No cars, no TV's

BUGS / RACISM / BAD LOCATION / OVERPRICED TOURISTS, DO NOT STAY HERE! This resort looks nice at first, but every morning cockroaches crawled all over the breakfast food table, forcing us to eat elsewhere. Food is ridiculously expensive for poor quality. A small side of fries costs $19, compared to $8 elsewhere. Beer is $10 a can, while 28 cans in town cost $68 FJ. The pool was cold and dirty, and the beach smelled unpleasant and looked like a stagnant lagoon. We spent around $2,000 CAD for 10 nights and were refused a refund when we requested one within hours of discovering the cockroaches. Management was rude. Staff insisted on watching rugby in the guest common area, and Moses refused our request to play music because staff were watching the game. Nothing is nearby. We spent money daily on food elsewhere and taxis to Denarau Island, costing around $100 return. Saving money here isn't worth the extra transport costs. Near the end of our stay, local guests next door were drunk and noisy at 2 a.m. When we politely asked them to quiet down, they came onto our porch. The woman made racist comments, saying we didn't matter because we were white, and threatened my husband by claiming her brother was a police officer. Staff witnessed this but told US to apologize to the people making racist comments and threats. Nothing was done, and the couple continued banging on our walls and yelling. We were left to deal with it alone.
