Absolute beachfront Designer house with spa

Designed by architect Tony Trobe, the house has direct access to Maloneys Beach. The kitchen and main living , balcony and master bedroom all have beautiful direct water views .
The outdoor spa is heated and has views over the ocean. Walk 50 steps from the spa down a bush path for direct beach access.
The kitchen is fully equipped with Miele 2 ovens , a food warmer , electric and gas stove top with grill , microwave and dishwasher . The bottom floor has two more bedrooms and another seperate lounge room with TV and a half kitchen with microwave . The laundry has 2 washing machines and 2 dryers .
