This is one of my favorite hotels. To start with, the staff are very friendly; the cleanliness is excellent, and the breakfasts are great. The location is perfect—you can walk Duomo and galleria , and if you need to do some shopping, there is a pharmacy, a grocery store, a gelato shop, and restaurants all less than a minute away. I highly recommend it; it’s perfect.

While the hotel itself was nice, I found it to be significantly overpriced relative to the overall experience. Compared to other properties in a similar price range, it felt as though guests were charged extra for amenities and services that are typically included elsewhere. Additionally, the housekeeping service repeatedly left trash behind in the room, which was surprising and disappointing given the hotel's caliber and price point. While we had an enjoyable stay overall, the experience did not justify the cost, and I would be unlikely to recommend the property or choose to stay there again in the future.
