    - Peaceful cottage very close to Cabot Park provincial beach.
    - Amazing views, of the Malpeque harbour and Cabot beach and sand dunes.
    - Watch the fishing and lobster boats leave and return each day.
    - Truly spectacular sunrises and sunsets.
    - Quaint country cottage, with modern touches and a beachy vibe.
    - Focus is on you and making sure everything is wonderful for your stay. Providing top notch service and communications to guests before and during your stay is a focus for us.
    - 2 Bedrooms and living room with pullout couch, 1 Bathroom.
    - Perfect for 1-4 People.
    - Excellent unlimited Wifi service.
    - Large, covered deck, to enjoy the amazing Ocean view.
    - Very quiet and private area. Green space on all sides.
    - This cottage is "front row" with no one in front, just a beautiful unobstructed view.
    - Perfect home base for strolling, enjoying the beach, walking, paddle boarding, golfing and just plain relaxing.
    - The closest cottage (short walk) to the famous Cabot Beach Provincial Park, with on duty lifeguards and amenities that come with a provincial park/beach. There is no charge to access the provincial park and beach area.
    - New to market, priced lower for first year.
    - For July & August, the cottage rents weekly Sunday - Sunday. For other months we may be able to accommodate shorter stays. Please contact / message us first before booking to ensure the dates you want!
    - For all confirmed bookings, we provide a detailed document regarding the cottage, the area and PEI. In this document we detail restaurants, areas of interest, activities nearby and more. All intended to assist you with your vacation planning.
