Large windows and the home’s elevated outlook make the most of the beautiful coastal setting, while the covered deck is the perfect place for relaxed outdoor dining and BBQs with the bay as your backdrop.



Step outside to the expansive seaside lawn and stroll straight onto the beach — ideal for families, couples, and anyone looking to slow down and enjoy the best of Malua Bay.



The lower level includes a laundry plus a second shower and toilet, making it especially handy after a day at the beach. Within easy walking distance to local cafés, restaurants, and Malua Bay Beach, Strathnaver is a classic South Coast retreat designed for comfort, simplicity, and time by the ocean.

Guests can enjoy excellent local amenities and dining nearby. Three 66 Cafe is approximately 4 km away, offering excellent coffee and light meals with stunning views of the bay. Club Malua, just 2 km down the road, serves modern Australian dishes in a relaxed setting. The Malua Bay IGA, also 2 km away, is perfect for groceries and essentials. For more variety, Batemans Bay is around 13 km away, offering a wide range of waterfront restaurants, shopping options, and family-friendly activities

We ensure our property is stocked with all the essentials, including tea, coffee, body wash, toilet paper, and basic laundry and kitchen supplies. For anything beyond the basics or specific to your needs, we recommend bringing your own to ensure a comfortable stay.



This property is provided with all linen and towels, although we do ask guest to bring their own beach towels.



Pets are welcome on application. Please note the yard is not fully fenced; however, the verandah is gated and secure.
