Do not recommend. The facilities are old & poorly maintained. Service was friendly but poor: when i called to repair lock dangling by 1 screw the repair man came & put in 2 more screws (1 still missing) & left 4 on the floor. When our trash was not collected during our stay, i called & was told no one could collect it, just leave it outside. Buildings visibly decrepit: peeling paint, holes in wall, hanging trim, broken lock, rusty & cracked concrete stairs. Rooms seemed clean enough but silly string residue left on walls, fridge, door trim presumably from previous party. Kitchen faucet sputtered & smelled foul, then chlorinated smell - we bought water & threw out the berries we'd rinsed in nasty water. Fridge froze our food. Heat was extremely high in one bedroom, cold in the other. Light visible around external door/ cold came in. No one cleaned the room when we were out.

They do not provide proper breakfast! Frozen food to offer, with a microwave oven, 😀. In our bathroom there was no shampoo and body wash, and nobody check and refill. Very noisy fridge. I spent about $130 per night, but it's worth 60 at most.

This place could be a 5 star if they update the rooms. We had the two bedroom. It was very spacious and comfortable. The two separate bathrooms were awesome. My only complaint is that the room were old and outdated. The beds were very comfortable. The kitchen was decent. The bathroom were also decent. With an upgrade this place will be a 10/10. However, I would stay again and I will recommend.

Not worth the stay…..
The hotel was disgusting….there was willing string all over the kitchen, makeup stains on the pillowcase, dog piss on the walls, and small hairs in the tub. The only replenished some of the towels. It looked like this room was barely cleaned through, we even had to wash dishes in the cabinet to use them. We were very disappointed because they were decent enough the first time we stayed but if we didn’t get in so late then we would of looked elsewhere this time around. Not to mention the reception gossiping about calls they’ve received including rats in rooms in front of guest trying to check out.

I was very happy to have a fully stocked kitchen and two beds with two baths. That was perfect for our needs. Everything was functional and clean. The property could use a refresh on some of the suite furniture, but the beds were clean and comfortable, and shower was great. I thought it was an excellent value. I would definitely go again.

Nope....no way we were staying there.
We didnt even stay due to the filthiness of the place. Bugs, heavily stained carpeting, disgusting kitchen, amd wornout furniture. Oh yes, and the linen has brown stuff on it. Didnt seem safer, either. Walked right out!

We liked everything about our stay except for the lack of an elevator or ramp to the 2nd floor in the building we were in. We had luggage and it was difficult to get it up the stairs. That said we'd definitely stay there again but not on the 2nd floor.

Good Value Hotel
The service at this hotel is outstanding. The front desk is run very efficiently and the staff is friendly and accommodating. We decided to bring our dog along for this trip and the fee was reasonable. They surprised us with a room upgrade, which was fantastic since we were visiting our daughter who attends college in the area and it gave her a little bit of space for herself, too. The room we had could use some renovation (possibly because we were in a pet-friendly room?), but it was very clean and very quiet. The area has plenty of restaurants, shops, etc. and was very convenient to major roads and highways. We didn't try the complimentary breakfast, so I can't give an opinion on that. We would definitely stay again.

Number 1 choice to stay!!!!
We stayed 4 nights in a 2 br 2 bath suite...everything was extremely clean and furnished well..(3 tv's).. Fully equipped Kitchen, full size coffee maker and even a toaster. Great location convenient to our family that we were visiting. We visit them 4 or 5 times a year and this will be our first choice for lodging in the future.

Stayed for a quick weekend getaway for my birthday. This will definitely be the FIRST and LAST time staying at this property. Bathroom smelled like mold and bathroom door didn’t close all the way. Shower curtain was stained with mold and other products. Utensils was dirty from harden food. Sofa bed was hard and uncomfortable.

Nice hotel, suite concept perfect!!!!
Great hotel!! Love that we could stay in one suite and have seperate bedrooms and bathrooms, as well as kitchen and living room area. Tvs in all rooms, black out curtains, beds super comfy, closet space, great showers. Staff super helpful and friendly. Only negative is one bedroom needed some fresh paint, marks in bathroom and on bedroom doors, one bathroon light kept flickering, and desk chair in bad need of replacement. Minor issues and I would still definately stay there again, had a wonderful time, perfect set up and everyone so nice!!

Very spacious suites, full kitchen with dishes, cutlery and pots, full size refrigerator. Very comfortable bed. Furniture a bit worn but still comfortable. Loud on weekends with out of town families, but quiet during the week. Close to Wegmans market, property felt safe.

Place needs some work
The first room we walked into was flooded. The carpets were soaked. They gladly gave us a new room however both bathroom doors were broken and didn’t close all the way. I also killed a cockroach in the kitchen area and that was it for me never going back

I have to say the staff worked with us and made the claims easy... but... the room was dirty. The couch was ripped and things weren't in the best condition. The second bathroom the tub was clogged and the walls were smeared with really nasty things. We were there for a wedding and got in late so we didn't look through things the night we got in.. we got dressed and stepped out to the wedding venue which was a few minutes away. We got in late that night and went to bed that's when we realized the futon mattress was all stained and nasty and the couch had horrible rips we tried covering it good with extra blankets. We stood for 2 nights enjoyed the pool and ate out. The pool was clean and lobby looked good also had fun at basketball court. But the day of check out I woke up to a bed bug on my pillow. It was a nightmare. We started checking the beds and the sheets had dried blood. It was disgusting. They gave us coins and detergent to wash everything which was ok but we ended up leaving really late after washing everything. We are still praying we didn't bring extra guests into our homes. The place has potential to be nice but it isn't there yet... the rooms need to be upgraded and cleaned specially since this was recommended from the wedding page. It really was disgusting.

The size of room was fine. We needed the suite style. Was looking forward to using the full kitchen but the microwave door was broken. Told the front staff but there nothing was said about even changing rooms or fixing it. Also told them that the tv in one room was not working and same lack of response. Pool is was not very clean. Not planning to stay here again.

The suite was nice and spacious. It was a little older and could use some updating but the beds were comfortable and I felt safe there with my family.
