"The bathroom sink was clogged when we arrived, but the hotel staff fixed it promptly after we reported it. However, we had some issues with the amenities: the fridge didn't keep our drinks cold, and the sofa bed was quite uncomfortable. My child couldn't sleep the first night because the springs were poking through. We swapped places the next night, but it was still too uncomfortable to sleep on. After requesting an extra duvet to use as padding, it became manageable. The toilet is separate from the sink area, which is a bit inconvenient since you have to walk out to wash your hands. That said, considering the price and the excellent location right by Berlin Central Station, it was a decent stay.""

The room is so basic, no tea or coffee available . I have pay extra for everything including tea or coffee if u need it . Place close to train station . "

"I reported to the front desk that someone came into my room when I was not there and stole money out of my room. The front desk staff was not willing to do anything and said they would let their manager know and try to check cameras. They never got back to me. It made me feel very unsafe at this hotel. I have no idea how someone entered my room, I am a young female, and I still had to stay another night in that room alone. Did someone break into my room? Did someone who works there enter my room to steal? I will never know."

"We enjoyed our stay here and it was quite busy with travelers. It was quiet though we were not bothered by the crowds or noise. The laundry room was a bit hard to find there wasn't much signage telling you exactly where it was, it was a little challenging with an app you had to download but we figured it out. "
