"On arrival at 5pm room not ready, then no water supply to the room and when it did come we discovered there was no hot water, after approaching the manager we were informed that there is no hot water at all to this room EVER !!! Very poor water supply at all times, had to pour water into the toilet bowl to flush, showering was a nightmare you had to dance around to get wet from what little water came in ?????? We loved it walking distance on the beach to one of the most beautiful beaches on the island , not white beach, much nicer. Restaurant has a limited selection but some tasty local foods . "This hotel is near White Beach, not Sabang Beach. There is a problem with Google Maps when you look it up. White Beach is a 10 minute walk from the hotel and there are many shops and restaurants on White Beach. The beds were comfortable but the wifi did not work in our room location. Air conditioning cooled the room but the extra warm temperatures were too much for the unit. Overall 4 out of 5. Staff was very friendly and attentive!"

"Great time, extremely friendly hospitable staff! The place itself is maybe for younger guests, loving partying and various musical pleasures. Just seconds from the beach itself, and a whole bouquet of different restaurants with excellent food. Luxurious access to guided snorkeling tours, etc. Bring mosquito repellants with you - these insects could bite around sunset and an hour or so after, if you would want to be on the porch. Fantastic place, great owners!"

"Stayed for one week to relax and enjoy the ocean waves and breeze. It was a great break from the city noise and busy lifestyle. I stayed in a small room which is enough for two people because it contains a queen size bed and bathroom. If you require to do some work on your laptop then there are tables, benches, and chairs in the lobby while looking at beach. Wifi is available both in the room and the lobby. Transportation and activities can be booked at the lobby but you may head to White Beach , approximately 15 min drive, for a wider selection of activities, ideas, or hang out with a group of locals and tourists."

"Had a lovely stay at AV Suites in one of their Twin Suites, located on the ground level of the hotel, and my room has an amazing view of the main street and the ocean in front and the mountain in the backdrop. The room is spacious and has a 2 beds and a minibar. The bathroom has a hot and cold shower and complimentary toiletries. They got 2 pools that I enjoyed a lot, The lap pool and infinity pool are a must-try and the perfect spot to capture an Instagrammable picture with the always stunning sunset in your plain view. The climb to the hotel was quite challenging but the spectacular scenery on top made it worth it. Private Aninuan Beach without any resort is just at the foot of the hotel, you just need to cross the street and enter an alley to reach it. For me it's way better than the commercialized white beach. My fave breakfast from their menu is the beef tapa, it tastes really good. As far as i know they are baking their own bread, and pizza dough. I had a lovely stay at this hotel, will definitely come back and recommend them to my family and friends ❤️🦋!"

If you need wifi double check !

"The room was comfortable and air conditioning worked well. The shower temperature was variable depending on time of day but generally ok. There was no wifi available even though it stated wifi was provided. Initially this was not a real issue as we had mobile data, but when trying to check in for our return flights would have been useful as mobile kept dropping. Breakfast was basic (choice of hot dog, longanisa, beef tapa or tocino served with garlic rice and fried egg) with a sachet of coffee, served in another building around the corner."
