Ski Access: Technically, the Grand Sierra Lodge is ski-in/ski-out via a short “back trail” (a single beginner run connecting Canyon Lodge and the Village). The gondola offers easy access to the full range of lifts and terrain at Canyon Lodge.
*There is usually a 3 or 4-night minimum stay during Holidays.
**There is a 3-night minimum stay for all weekends. Please do not use "BOOK NOW" if you are booking for less than 3 nights. Minimum stays vary with occupancy and demand and may not be reflected correctly under rates.
****We typically set our nightly rates 4-6 months in advance. In the event you are looking to reserve our property farther in advance and rates are only displayed under our "standard rate" please inquire about our exact rates BEFORE making a "Book It Now" or "Instant Book" reservation.
We accept BOOK NOW booking for this property, however, we reserve the right to cancel within 12 hours in the unlikely event there is a reservation on another booking site. We have not had to do this yet but make this rule as a precaution only All Instant booking reservations are subject to cancellation and/or revised pricing if made during a time when only our "standard rates" are posted.

Awesome place and location. Had a few board games which we appreciated. Nice and spacious and comfortable. Great master bathroom. Would love to have more spices and seasonings to help with indoor cooking. Would stay again for sure.
Really nice condo, better than most in the Village. Well-stocked and very clean. I would definitely come back.
Only minor issue was that the parking pass on the counter had an expired date, but fortunately it didn't seem to be an issue (I didn't even notice until the day we checked out).

The property is a corner unit which is always desireable. There was no noise from adjacent units. The kitchen was well appointed with gear. The bedding was nice and everyone had a good sleep.
The location is great for easy access to the mountain. The owner responded within 10min to a text... this is fantastic communication.
We would recommend this property for anyone wanting to stay in the Village.

The AC in the master bedroom does not provide enough cooling for the room, it was warm at night even with the AC on, but the AC on the living room works well.
Wonderful stay at the property. Great location for the whiskey festival at the village. Property was clean and well furnished. Had everything we needed. Definitely would stay here again
We very much enjoyed our stay here for our ski vacation. The location was fantastic. It was a very short walk to the Village Gondola to Canyon Lodge, and when the gondola was on wind hold one day, the shuttle bus to the lodge was right next to the gondola. There were a bunch of good restaurants, shops and a general store that has groceries and basic toiletries within a short walk. We particularly enjoyed Campo (Italian) and Gomez (Mexican).
The condo was very nice inside. It has plenty of room for my family of four (2 adults and 2 kids). The beds were very comfortable, as were the couch and chair in the living room. The kitchen had plenty of plates, bowls and cups. We didn't do any cooking, so I can't comment on that, but the kitchen seemed to have enough pots, pans, baking dishes, and cooking utensils.
We enjoyed the hot tub and pool at the complex, and my kids enjoyed the small arcade.
Frank's instructions were very helpful and provided all the information we needed for a comfortable stay.
I would highly recommend this condo.
Being in the center of the Village, we were a little concerned that it would be noisy at night, but on the couple of nights there was a little noise, it was minimal, ended by about 10/10:30, and did not disturb our sleep (and I am a light sleeper). Having the air purifiers running in the bedrooms also provided a little white noise that helped mask any noise from outside.
The location couldn't be better for convenience to the gondola and Village restaurants. Once you arrive you won't need your car for your entire stay. The condo is as described, clean and comfortable.
My wife and our two young kids (2 and 1) stayed in this wonderful condo for a long weekend. The location is the best in Mammoth Lakes for hauling around kids, proximity to nice restaurants, and gondola. We introduced our two year old to skiing and although he could have stayed on the mountain all day, having a spacious and clean condo a ride away was critical. Highly recommend. Additionally, convenient ingress and egress to the building through the Grand Sierra entrance.
This condo was the perfect spot for our quick ski trip! Easily accessible to the gondola. Restaurants and bars within walking distance-we never had to drive anywhere!
If you want to be in the village, this is a very good location. The only challenge for us is the rooms got a little warm. It was a somewhat warm thanksgiving week, around 47F/20F, but the rooms just don’t cool off. We found ourselves running the air conditioning units to cool off the rooms before we slept.
The place was very clean and the location was great! Sleep was difficult however due to what I believe was the clapper inside the AC vent to the outside banging around due to the wind. Windows were in poor condition but insulated well enough. Check in and out was easy.
We really enjoyed our stay. The condo was well stocked with fans and air purifiers. The furniture and bed linens were all very clean and comfortable. The outdoor balcony was a major plus because the weather was incredible and we could see and feel the activity and energy of the village. I would definitely stay here again!
We came here for Spring break ski trip with 2 teens and had an amazing stay! Location was perfect, view of village great, lots of room, comfy beds, relaxing and communication perfect! Loved that they had a key box and we did not have to go to some random place to get keys to room! It was so easy and flawless, we will DEFINITELY stay here again!! Thank you! xo
