The ground floor features the primary suite with a queen bed, TV, private ensuite bathroom, and access to a deck, along with an attached one-car garage and an additional outdoor parking space in front. The property was functional, but it's clear there's no real upkeep of it with fabric couches that need cleaning, broken kitchen drawers, and sometimes cold showers-plus no laundry. But it's pretty close to skiing!
Property was spacious, enough room for four people. I also want to mention that some of the stairs had the front strip/panel fall off, and we had to be cautious when going up and down the stairs. Loud fluorescent lights, buzzing sound, and in of the bathrooms, shower spigot was quite noisy. Overall, our stay was nice, relaxing atmosphere.
We loved how close the condo was to VONS and eateries! The home was clean and neat with good supply of glasses, utensils, plates, pots and pans!
We did notice that a few of the stairs had trimmings that were loose or coming off. We were alert to it so it did not pose a problem. Overall we really enjoyed our stay there.
Property was a little dated, but very clean and well-equipped. There was a leak in the ceiling of the master bath over the tub, which occurred on day 3. Informed mgr. Overall a great rental.
The guys had a easy check in experience very comfortable stay. There was a lil hiccup the 1st night the Electricity went out! We contacted manager via emergency # which was nice to know they were right there with a quick response & easy to get a hold of.
Of course it was just a power outage completely out of anyones control 15-20 minutes later power was on

Horribly outdated! Not very many things to use in the kitchen so stalk up on even simple things just to be safe. Most dishes and utensils provided . The bedding stained and SO old. TV with streaming and cable available which was great! Close to town, can walk to a lot of places.
This condo clearly has not been maintained properly, with some issues presenting safety problems for guests.
This is what needs to be addressed for this place to be "as advertised":
1) The railing for the balcony from the living room (which is on the 2nd floor) has detached from the building and if someone slightly leaned on it, they could fall over. The owner/manager clearly tried to "remedy" this by placing two pieces of plyboard in front of the railing. THAT IS NOT A FIX. It is a SAFETY HAZARD that need to be fixed PROPERLY. Let's not get into the liability that the owner/manager will have if someone does fall...
2) The stair nose on the 2nd stair from the bottom is loose and coming off entirely. ANOTHER HAZARD WITH POTENTIAL LIABILITY FOR THE OWNER.
3) The top blankets on all of the beds were DIRTY. They clearly have NOT been cleaned in who knows how long. There are visible stains on them. It made me question whether the sheets were cleaned as well.
4) Kitchen needs to be stocked with the essentials (cooking oil, coffee that is not 10+ years old, non-stick pots/pans). 5) Electric kettle has calcified deposits on the inside and is unusable (unless you want all that gunk in your hot water). 6) One of the armrests on the sofa is broken. Someone must have jumped or sat on it as it is completely depressed. 7) Carpet needs to be cleaned or replaced. There are multiple stains on the stairs and landing.
In all, I would not recommend unless the above issues are addressed.
Overall very good location, clean and great price. Everything was good except the main master bedroom downstairs has a king bed that is unusually very high and very difficult to get on and off it. I recommend the host to change the framing to make the bed lower and easily accessible.
This was a perfect spot for my family of 5. We had other family staying nearby as well. Everything was a 3-5 min drive. I liked that the house was dog friendly. The host was a great communicator and answered all of my questions. The kitchen was well stocked as said If you plan to do cooking. We lit a fire most nights. It was very clean and great location.
Only issues were the down stairs shower head makes a lot of noise, moths were in the condo and the seating area with the couches were uncomfortable and not big enough for more than 4 people.
The property is a little outdated but very spacious with 2 master bedroom and 3 beds in the loft, in a nice location near Eagle Lodge. Heating in the downstairs large bedroom is a bit slow to warm up, called property management and they sent the electrician quickly to take a look - he advised the heater is functioning properly just need to turn it up and allow it to heat up. Overall great stay with friends and family.

Summer Getaway
Property was reasonably priced and met our needs. The location is not really close to the downtown village area, so you’ll need to drive and park (too far to walk). The downstairs shower water temperature fluctuated between hot and cold, which made showering kind of an event until you got used to it. The garage floor was dirty, and there was a smell emanating from the water heater closet.
Enjoyed the location and quiet street. Not very close to shuttle line to Eagle Lodge though. Kitchen fully equipped Gas range did not have overhead vent or light. Wi-fi and TV settings were good. Unit lighting is not the best. Need some floor lamps. Kitchen light is very bright with no dimmer. No instructions for ceiling fan were found.
