Beautiful Remodel -Upscale Amenities, Great Value

Bright, clean newly renovated studio. This condo is located right in town, on the green shuttle line to the ski area. Includes a SKI locker at Canyon lodge. Next best thing to ski in-ski out and you won’t have to schlep your gear to the Mountain each day. It’s nice to be able to hit the locker throughout the day to discard or grab extra layers, snacks etc.
This stylish condo has a 65" Roku 4 K OLED Smart TV with sound bar, sub woofer, and rear surround sound home theatre system. We offer Netflix, Amazon Prime, HBO Max, Hulu and Peacock. There is no cable. Great lighting, a romantic built in linear electric fireplace and ceiling fan for added ambience and comfort. There are two swivel rocker recliners for elevating the legs after a long day of skiing, snowboarding, hiking or cycling. Light and airy with two sliding glass doors that open from main living area to the balcony. It has an outside balcony, fully equipped kitchen, and bathroom. It has a new 40 gallon hot water heater, enabling long hot showers after a day of skiing or hiking.

We also have the condo directly across the hall, same floor plan, but a queen bed, two twin bunk beds, and a wood burning fireplace in the event this is booked or if you have a larger party, VRBO 162523, and a larger one bedroom in the same complex avail mid Feb 2024 on this site.

Perfect location

The location was perfect. Located close to shops and dining as well as bike rentals. The property was very clean and newly decorated with up to date decor/ appliances. Susan the host was great to work with and very prompt in returning any texts or email's. I will definitely stay again.

Super Bowl Stay

We arrived just in time for kickoff and were able to watch the game on the big 63" tv with awesome soundbar in the unit! Then, two great days of skiing! Wonderful mini vacay! Highly recommended for 3 people or less.....

Snowboard trip

We all had an incredible experience from start to finish at this property. Me and my two friends had plenty of space to sleep comfortably. The bed was very comfortable. The hot tub and sauna was exactly what we needed. And the location of the property can’t be beat.

Property is misleading if you want to Yosemite it is 30 miles from the north entrance but that is 2.5 hours from Yosemite valley. Great view

Place was nice and clean, close to the mountain. Susan is the best, I lost something at the complex and they were able to return it to me. Susan communicated better than anyone in my family (lol). 10/10 would recommend

Awesome spot!

What a nice little gem! Perfect for my husband and me. The locker at Canyon lodge is super convenient! The shower head is not for the tallest of us 😂, but for me it was just fine. Good pressure, warm water. The location is also super close to restaurants and we were able to walk to eat. Saving this as a favorite!

Perfect vacation rental

You can tell that the owners have put a lot of thought into making this property feel like home to their guests. Beautiful cozy and comfortable

A beautiful upgraded studio condo perfect for the two of us. Well equipped kitchen, comfortable recliners, large tv and cozy electric fireplace. The bed and bedding were comfortable and nice to have a dresser for storage. The complex has a nice jacuzzi and sauna which was great after a day of skiing. Owner was wonderful to communicate with. Perfect for our trip

We absolutely loved Susan’s condo! It was sparkly clean and had everything that we needed. You can see Susan’s thoughtfulness in every corner of the condo. It felt like home and we almost wanted to just stay in! The location was very convenient, close to Rite Aid, Vons, and restaurants. Next time we visit Mammoth we will definitely stay here again! Fantastic Property

Property was as good as we could expect. Susan (host) has done an amazing job remodeling the property. While we all want to have ski/ski out, prices are out of control, this is the next best option. Right on the green line to Eagle lodge. Very happy with all aspects of the property. Thank you Susan.

Lovely ski condo

We really enjoyed our stay at Susan’s condo! The living space has been remodeled beautifully with great attention to detail and design. Condo is located close to the community hot tub, which was indeed hot! Ski locker at Canyon is a nice perk. Susan is a great communicator! Original shower tub and bathroom wall could use updating to bring it into alignment with the rest of the condo, and once done would take the place from 4 to 5 stars. Thanks again!
