Ideally located a short walk from Canyon Lodge and a short drive from Mammoth Lakes Basin, guests can easily enjoy this area’s endless opportunities for hiking, biking, sightseeing, and other outdoor experiences. In the Summer, hop in the car to spend the day exploring Yosemite National Park. Winter brings an epically long snow season for skiing on Mammoth Mountain. After days on the trails or carving down the mountain, guests of this pet-friendly property will love relaxing by the wood-burning stove fireplace, on the deck, or enjoying the community amenities—a heated pool and hot tub.

A gorgeous rock fireplace and tongue-in-groove wood walls bring a warm rustic aesthetic to the inside of this charming condo. The living, dining, and kitchen areas are all connected, making it easy for the group to mingle. Kick back and unwind on the 2 soft couches facing the Smart TV. The spacious kitchen is fully equipped for preparing home-cooked meals with GE appliances, plenty of storage, and lots of counter space. Venture onto the covered balcony, where 2 woven chairs encourage guests to sit and take in the awe-inspiring nature view of evergreens and distant mountain peaks.

There’s on-site parking for 1 vehicle. For the nearest ski access, visit Canyon Lodge—a 12-minute walk or 2-minute drive away. Additionally, guests can drive to Main Lodge (9 minutes) or Eagle Lodge (4 minutes) or take the gondola from The Village (4 minutes) to Canyon Lodge. Book today!

The perfect mountain space!

Our family really enjoyed our stay at the condo! The location is wonderful, and every detail in the space made it feel like a home away from home. Even our dogs felt comfy and happy here. Will definitely try and book this spot again for a summer trip!

Great place for skiing / boarding

Nice condo. Two bedroom. Kids room has a bunk bed and a queen bed. Close to the shuttle to Canyon. Just walk out front and get on the shuttle. Good parking.

Great place!

Great location equidistant between Canyon Lodge and the village. A one minute drive to either or about a half a mile walk. Complex is clean and quiet. The unit is spacious well, well stocked and very cozey. Clean and would stay again!

Building is older but unit is spacious, clean and comfortable. Location is great with bus access right out front. Hot tub was not warm or working wich was a bummer.

Amazing place, close to the village and Canyon Lodge!! Fantastic views! The onsite GM Caesar was amazing to guide us through the storm to get our garage pass! Also at the end we forgot some valuables and they brought it to us while we were having lunch! Great hosts and will book again!! Jeff, Annie, and Tori

Many issues with the property

There were several issues with property- Living room screen door was off the tracks and Leaning against the slider, the first bedroom with the twin bed- the crank for opening and closing kept falling off, the front bedroom, the screen in the window closest tot the slider fell off right away - we could see Simone tried to tape it - both windows - the cranks fell off. The first bathroom - there was an issue with the plumbing - floors aging was a problem. Also, the night lights next to the bed in the main room are really glaring and should be dimmable- you turn them on and you want to immediately turn th Off they are so so bright Pleas eco aider this property is right by lake Mary road so while there is a deck, the traffic is loud and flowing until at least midnight so no time to have a nice quiet view. We loved the pictures but please read these comments . I booked based on the pics as I am a mammoth person and it is important to have a view and this looked like the place to go.

This condo is comfortable, looks exactly as photos show, is well stocked and easy to access everything around town we wanted! We had such a sweet experience here, neighbors were wonderful and it was super easy overall!

We were there over Christmas and loved the property--spacious and good location and garage parking (elevator would have been nice but we were on 2nd floor so not too bad). Only negative comment would be check in time is 5 but office closes at 5.

Most excellent!!!

Great condo…every well stocked and maintained! And, yes, we would stay there again. Just an FYI…the toilet seat in the hall bathroom is loose and the kitchen could use a tea kettle for heating water.

great location

overall we had a great stay! A few small issues were that the walls are pretty thin and sound carries room to room and above us. The balcony has wood that cause splinters so wear shoes but other than these small issues the house is roomy and very comfortable.

Nice Place in Mammoth

The place was exactly as the photos. The windows/screens in the units were a little funky to figure out. Random people kept parking in our spot but other than that pretty good place overall. Thank you!

Great spot!

We stayed here for a long weekend and could not be happier! We had two babies, a 4 year old and 4 adults. We were so happy we could bring our dogs along too! The location was perfect! Right down the street from Canyon Lodge. We loved that there was a wood fireplace! There was plenty of space, the huge table and couches with recliners were awesome. Thank you!

Super clean, well updated- Great Condo!

Better than we expected! The condo was recently updated and is nicely decorated, comfy, clean, and a great size. We appreciated having everything we needed and then some- well stocked kitchen, great bedroom set ups, dog friendly, games, books, bath toiletries if needed. Having a washer and dryer in the unit was a bonus too. There was some road noise with the windows open, but it really didn’t bother us too much. Interior stairway/hallway entry was a little tricky when hauling gear but the garage parking was worth it. All around one of our favorite places we have stayed at in Mammoth.

Nicely Appointed

The condo was very comfortable, spacious and well appointed. It had everything we needed. My only complaint is that it faces St Mary’s Drive and the traffic is audible throughout the condo. My second complaint is not specific to this condo in particular but in order to access the bike trail - you have to navigate on the street avoiding cars. Thus, an easy walk anywhere is not a feature this condo provides, especially if you have small children or grandparents in tow.
