Location was great, perfect home for 3 couples (3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms). Beautifully appointed with everything you could possibly need to make you feel right at home. Having 2 covered parking spaces was perfect. The blue line Mammoth shuttle stop just steps away was also a huge plus especially during the snow storm! Nomadness was communicative and accessible for questions. Overall WONDERFUL stay!!

This is a wonderful condo. Well stocked - even had plenty of charging stations for your phones and tablets. Gorgeous sunrises, great location. Would definitely stay there again.
The condo was in a great location for skiing! It's roughly a 5-10 minute walk up to Canyon Lodge or the Village Gondola. Overall the condo was perfect! It was stocked with spices and everything we needed for our stay. We wish we could have stayed longer, but would definitely recommend if your looking for a stay in Mammoth!
We stayed here with our 1 and 3 year old on a summer weekend. The unit itself was well-kept and stocked with all the amenities we needed. The pool was fun for the kids as well. The location is conveniently placed along a trolley route that takes you to the village. Great place to spend a few nights and make memories with the kids.
Great unit with parking walking distance to Canyon Lodge. Shuttle stop right outside the door if you don't want to walk. Perfectly situated between Canyon Lodge and the Village you get the best of both worlds. Very nice, clean unit with plenty of beds. You get access to a free locker at Canyon Lodge which was nice.
Property management company (Nomadness Rentals) is responsive and check-in and check-out process is easy. Will definately book with them again.
The living and sleeping spaces are comfortable. Full equipped kitchenware are available to use. A surprise welcome gift from the host is lovely. The instruction of location should include the Building # for the subject unit, and the info should indicate that the unit is on the 2nd/3rd floor, no elevator is available.
Excellent condo for our group. We met our son who is hiking the PCT from Mexico to Canada for the long holiday weekend in May. He invited 3 fellow hikers to join us. We had plenty of room with the 2 bedroom plus loft and 3 bathrooms. The condo is very nicely remodeled and clean. The welcome wine, coffee and snacks were greatly appreciated. We did a lot of cooking and the kitchen had everything we needed. We also used the BBQ. The in unit laundry was key for the hikers!
The large master shower with the built in bench was also key as I was recovering from a foot injury. I was able to navigate the stairs to get into the condo with my boot. The pool was not open yet for the season but the others used the hot tub a couple of times. Pool towels were provided in the unit.
Definitely recommend this condo and the property management and would stay again if in the area.
We absolutely loved this charming 3 bedroom townhome in Mammoth! We are frequent Mammoth travellers and we usually stay either in the Village or at the Westin. This time we booked late and decided to give this place a try, and to be honest we were nervous about it. To our surprise we realized we rented a total winner as soon as we stepped in the door! This spacious and immaculate 3 bedroom , 3 bath was perfect. It was decorated quintessentially cabin-risqué which made it warm and inviting. It was laden with thoughtful amenities, including fresh coffee beans and a bottle of wine to welcome us! What a classy touch’. You can tell a lot of thought was put into everything from ziploc bags, microwave popcorn, and a few common spices in the pantry to extra linens for really cold nights, this place was stocked for even the most finicky guests. We loved that it was immaculately clean especially in this day and age, and although it has cozy rustic decor everything was spotless with not a speck of dust to be found. Beds were comfy, and we loved the balcony with snow capped views, it was my husbands favourite place to sit with a cup of coffee. Location was great, close to all, and the one thing we really noticed that the air quality inside the unit was really great, which is something we have had issues with in other Mammoth rentals. Overall this place was perfect ,we are super picky, total clean freaks, and we travel often and if we could we would give this unit a 10!
Very nice spot. Tons of beds and room for 8. The walk up the hill to canyon for lift access is key. No doubt ill be returning in the future. Thanks for an awesome spring ski weekend🙏
