This cozy studio, 1 bathroom condo packs a big punch with sleeping arrangements for up to 5... value doesnt get better than this! The condo comes with a full size kitchen, dining area with seating for 5, a TRUE soaking tub, and forest setting views. There is a Full size Tempur-Pedic bed in the condo with a Twin trundle underneath, as well as a California King size Tempur-Pedic sofabed.

The La Vista Blanc complex has an outdoor pool (Summer only), Jacuzzi and public gas grill for your use and is conveniently located on the shuttle route, and with hiking trails leading directly from the complex. It is centrally located with a short walk to Groceries, Coffee Shops, Restaurants & Shops. Just 100 yards from the Mammoth Creek park, you can fish the creek, use the playground or picnic at the tables or large grassy area or enjoy the Mammoth Community Rec Zone or LA Kings Ice that offers a host of activities and year-round recreation opportunities. There is also EV car chargers available for free use at the Rec Zone. This condo sleeps a maximum of 5 people and comes with 2 outdoor parking spaces, a portable private gas grill and a guest ski locker. All guests receive complimentary full access to Snowcreek Athletic Club to enjoy facilities including indoor heated pool, steam/sauna, full fitness facility, yoga, pilates and cycle studio and more. Guests will be provided two parking passes. If more parking is required than what is allotted, feel free to call our office for alternative options. There are 7 stairs to this unit, no stairs inside, and no smoking or pets are permitted. This TV has basic cable and a smart DVD player where you can access apps such as HBO, Netflix and log in with your account to view movies etc. Our calendar is updated in real time. . The property was perfect for a last minute ski trip to Mammoth. It says it sleeps up to 5, which is technically true. But be advised this is a studio apartment with one bed, a pull out trundle, and a pull out couch bed. In terms of location, it is a quick drive to the ski village/mountain and has tons of stores within walking distance. Overall would recommend!

The only difficultly there was the shower/tub. For me and other older people, it was difficult to get in n out. The wall of the tub is very high and I needed to sit on it to get in and out. It is a studio (no bedrooms) but is laid out well. 2 of us were very comfortable staying there for 3 nights (1 on the couch & 1 on the bed). We didn't use the trundle bed at all. Heater & fireplace kept us warm. Super convenient location a short walk from the red line shuttle stop, to Distant Brewery, and Vons shopping center. We would definitely stay here again. Can't beat the price.

Also, and most problematically, the upstairs tenant (who seems to live there full time) is VERY loud at odd hours of the night . One night he was literally chopping wood on his small balcony. Kitchen is well stocked, furniture is comfortable, and place was very clean.

Disappointing stay. Management company was great, very responsive to issues and tried to fix things that were broken. Unfortunately, the pellet stove did not work, so we had to use the wall heater that blasted noise from the fan continuously. The "boom box" from the 1980's complete with CD and cassette player (does anyone own these anymore, let alone travel with CDs and tapes?) had no plug so we could at least listen to the radio. The management co. brought us batteries, but the reception in the condo is so poor that we could not get radio stations to come in without static, even with the antennae up!.There was a DVD player, but no DVD's. Again does anyone travel or own these anymore? The code on the sauna had changed and we had to call the emergency number as it was after office hours. They did not know, had to make calls and it took over 30 min to get the correct code. So the info provided by the management co. in their check in instructions was wrong. The lighting is terrible, as reported by other guests. The one game, Yahtzee had only 3 dice, so should be thrown out. The kitchen is poorly stocked .No basic condiments, like s&p, cooking oil, herbs, nothing. Such a drag to have to go buy this stuff when flying in for a few short days to ski, but want to cook at the condo you are spending money on. Overall an outdated condo that lacks basic amenities & some modern features. How hard is it to provide a speaker to bluetooth music or s&p or oil? Felt like a rip off for the

The mgmt company was incredibly responsive and helped me out when keys were locked in the unit, but that was as good as it got. The listing mixed between saying it was a studio and a 1bedroom. The beds were uncomfortable, furniture was everywhere and felt incredibly cluttered, dvd wasn’t hooked up, the pellet stove seems to not work very well, it was freezing when we got to the unit and it took a long time to heat up. I would have rather paid less and stayed at a cheap B&B or hotel.
