Nestled beside the Ski Back Trail and less than a mile from Canyon Lodge is Mammoth Ski and Racquet 71, a charming 2-bedroom, 2.5-bathroom Mammoth Lakes condo that comfortably sleeps 8. Community amenities include a seasonal swimming pool, 2 hot tubs, tennis court, game room, and more. With nearby world-class slopes, gorgeous trails, glistening lakes, a thriving downtown, and Mammoth Mountain resort, there are plenty of activities for guests of all ages to enjoy. Imagine quiet mornings, drinking coffee while savoring the alpine air, and cheerful nights curled up with cocoa in front of the gas fireplace.
Tall, vaulted ceilings and exposed wood beams add character to the main floor of this modern mountain getaway. A few steps away, sliding glass doors let out to a balcony with a 2-person bistro set and views of the evergreen-dotted landscape.
The second level hosts a loft.
There’s 1 assigned parking spot available in the shared garage, with additional outdoor spaces upon availability. For ski access, guests can use the Ski Back Trail behind the building or visit Canyon Lodge—only a 14-minute walk or 5-minute drive away.
Note: This home welcomes dogs for an additional fee of 150 USD plus tax, per pet, for up to 2 pets. NO CATS ALLOWED. The owner is highly allergic.

We always love the location of the Ski and Racquet club, and the condo was clean and overall we had a great stay.There were some negatives however. There was a significant amount of snow while we were there and that caused a leak in the roof. Someone was sent out to take a look, and there was nothing they could do in the short term so we stuck a towel in the rafters which at least stopped the snow from coming inside. The notebook with information is outdated and I ended up calling the previous owner.There is also an issue with the oven door. In order to get the oven to open I had to take the knobs off of the kitchen cabinets next to it.
This property is very well laid out making great use of the space. The location is perfect just a few blocks away from the slopes. Everyone enjoyed their time.
Wish the listing would of mentioned that there was 3 flights of stairs that we had to climb before getting into the condo. Overall, it was a great place to stay at and was close to canyon lodge.

Terrible customer service
We arrived to Condo and there was no Wi-Fi !! Tried calling immediately and they said they would try to send someone out !! So next day missed a day of skiiing waiting on them !! No one showed up !! Surprise!! Called again they put it as an emergency, then blamed it on the snow storm .. never trying to fix the problem!!! Then night 3 still no Wi-Fi !! Called again they put it down as an emergency again !! And they said a manger was going to call us about a credit for they inconvenience!! No call , emailed them when I got home about the credit .. no response !! So no Wi-Fi no tv , my kids could not log in and do any of their school work !! I’m so disappointed in there customer service for the money we paid !! Ridiculous!! Also the fact they kept blaming it on the weather is ridiculous, my sister and dad stayed at a different condo and there Wi-Fi was fine but night one heater wasn’t working so a guy came out next day to fix !!! That is what I expect.. but no
