In warmer months, enjoy the area’s numerous scenic hiking trails, beautiful lakes, golf courses, and lively open-air events. With a private hot tub, fireplace, and quick access to outdoor fun, guests are sure to fall in love with this quintessential mountain retreat.

This beautiful 3-level home welcomes guests into a ground-floor entryway beside the 2-car garage.

Head upstairs to find the beautiful main-level great room featuring an open layout so guests and conversation can move freely between living, dining, and kitchen spaces. Dark wood accents and a charming stone-tile fireplace add coziness to the contemporary interior, while large picture windows fill the space with natural light and views of the evergreen-dotted grounds. On frozen Winter nights, curl up on the spacious sectional and stylish armchair with hot toddies or cocoa and enjoy the warmth of the electric fireplace. The Smart TV and soundbar make entertainment easy. In the kitchen, guests will find LG appliances and a breakfast bar for 4. The formal dining table seats up to 8 guests for shared meals. Great Location in Mammoth

The home was well appointed with all kitchen equipment we needed. The private spa was appreciated after skiing each day. Condition of the home overall was excellent and the oversized garage accommodated our truck and large SUV. We will being staying here again.

AWESOME CONDO SUPER CLOSE TO THE SLOPES!

My Dad, my husband and I, and our three children had a great three day weekend at this condo. It was very clean, cozy, well appointed, with a great layout. It had everything we needed. Loved having a private jacuzzi on the deck, and it is literally a one-minute walk to Canyon Lodge! Ideal location and space, and we will definitely plan to stay here again!!!

Beautiful set up

Place was beautiful and large couch could accommodate many. The rooms got very hot. It would be helpful to have some guidance with the thermostat, which was finicky. Also would be great to have a ping pong table in the garage as some neighbors have.
