Hello Frank, There must have been some miscommunication, as we send the wi-fi information directly to you at the time of booking and also text it to the number on file a few days prior to your arrival. The booking confirmation which is sent immediately upon confirmation also provides the garage access code and instructions on how to enter the parking garage and the unit. In addition to the information shared in the booking confirmation, the information on the fridge has a QR code that we advise our guests to scan the code for further information. This QR code contains all unit-specific information including parking access, hot tub access, wi-fi and much more! We are sorry you had an unsatisfactory experience but feel this could have easily been avoided through reviewing the booking confirmation or contacting us regarding your concerns. While it's great to hear that the condo was well-appointed and nicely constructed, we understand that the noise from the group above you and their dog was disruptive to your stay. We do provide our guests with a 24/7 emergency number to call us for issues such as noise - and we could have addressed the issue during your stay. Our team provides insight on our check-in instructions and booking confirmation email when our guests request quotes, as we understand our procedure is slightly different than other VRBO reservations. We apologize for any issues experienced, as the check-in instructions are directly linked to the booking confirmation which is sent at the time of booking. We're sorry to hear that the parking situation was not clear, as most vehicles tend to fit inside the 7'6" clearance. We believe our guests arriving with oversized vehicles would reach out to inquire about the garage height prior to booking. We apologize our team was unable to offer an earlier check-in than 4 pm; however, we have procedures that require both a completed departure clean and an arrival inspection without issues reported prior to offering earlier entry. Additionally, as we received record-breaking snowfall this season, the town experienced propane and diesel shortages and when supplies were received, they had to be delegated throughout the town in order of urgency. We are sorry for the disappointment due to not having hot tub access; however, we hope you were able to enjoy the excessive snowfall which caused this outage by extra special powder turns! Thank you for sharing, Michael. In reviewing the reservation history, the smoke alarm went off at one point for both the first and second night but did not provide a consistent beeping, nor did it make noises for the remainder of your stay. We unclogged the shower and have already repaired the garbage disposal and the fridge has already been fixed. Unfortunately, we do not have spare full-size refrigerators for loaning, but we did provide what we had on hand and available. Holidays and snowstorms greatly reduce our already remote access to emergency assistance for these issues. When we were working on resolution, it was reported it was a $400 loss in groceries and, as such, the homeowners instantly reimbursed the $400, without requesting any documentation of such a purchase. Additionally, as the issues at hand are not directly related to the unit, the homeowners provided a $500 credit toward a future stay after already accommodating a request for additional lodging discounts. We apologize for the inconveniences and thank you for understanding our restricted capabilities of the issues mentioned.
