This cozy studio, 1 bathroom condo is the perfect setting for your Mountain

getaway! The condo comes with a full size kitchen, living area as well as a

cozy pellet stove to enjoy those cool nights. There is a Queen size Murphy bed

that offers flexibility to leave open or put away for more space. The living

area offers a Full Size pull out couch for additional sleeping, a 50" Smart

TV. This TV has basic cable and a smart DVD player where you can access apps

such as HBO, Netflix and log in with your account to view movies etc. The

remodeled bathroom offers a beautiful walk-in shower with custom tile work.

The kitchen is fully stocked so you can prepare and cook meals, and the bar

offers seating for 4. The La Vista Blanc complex has an outdoor pool (Summer

only), Jacuzzi and public gas grill for your use and is conveniently located

on the shuttle route, and with hiking trails leading directly from the

complex. It is centrally located with a short walk to Groceries, Coffee Shops,

Restaurants & Shops. Just 100 yards from the Mammoth Creek park, you can fish

the creek, use the playground or picnic at the tables or large grassy area or

enjoy the Mammoth Community Rec Zone or LA Kings Ice that offers a host of

activities and year-round recreation opportunities. There is also EV car

chargers available for free use at the Rec Zone. This condo sleeps a maximum

of 4 people and comes with 1 outdoor parking spaces, and an exterior guest ski

locker. All guests receive complimentary full access to Snowcreek Athletic

Club to enjoy facilities including indoor heated pool, steam/sauna, full

fitness facility, yoga, pilates and cycle studio and more. Guests will be

provided two parking passes. If more parking is required than what is

allotted, feel free to call our office for alternative options. There are 7

stairs to this unit, no stairs inside, and no smoking or pets are permitted.
