• Stairs are required to access the loft sleeping area.

🚗 Parking, Safety & Notes

• Parking: Unassigned parking for up to two vehicles is available in the community lot on a first-come, first-served basis. Parking passes are provided and must be displayed while parked.

• Stairs: Stairs are required within the home to access the loft sleeping area.

• WiFi & Cell Service: WiFi is provided; however, due to Mammoth Lakes' mountain location, internet speeds, reliability, and cellular service can vary and may occasionally be unavailable.

• Pets: This home is not pet friendly. Evidence of a pet during your stay or after checkout will result in an additional cleaning fee.

• Mountain Operations: Ski resort operations, terrain availability, lift schedules, and ticketing are managed by Mammoth Mountain and may change due to weather or operational conditions.

• Check-In/Out: Check-in is at 4:00 PM and checkout is at 10:00 AM. Early check-in and late checkout cannot be guaranteed.

• Permit: Town of Mammoth Lakes Certificate TOT-05960-0054.

• Local Construction: Mammoth Lakes is currently experiencing ongoing road work and new development throughout the area. Construction activity and related noise are outside of our control, and refunds will not be issued for disturbances associated with local construction.
