Two private bedroom suites, each with an attached bathroom, are separated by the living space for privacy. The primary suite features a king bed, while the guest room includes two full-size beds. The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Please don't worry about stripping the beds. We've got you covered. Leave all the used towels on the bathroom floor. Please load and start the dishwasher.
Remove ALL food (everything, please) from the refrigerator. Empty the trash into the onsite dumpster, which is out the front door to the left.
Turn off the lights, close all windows, lock the slider, and close the curtain Set the thermostat to 60 degrees. Make sure you haven't left your phone chargers.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
